About: I currently volunteer at an animal shelter and love working with dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, and demeanors! I also have some basic training experience through my dog trainer, who also specializes in service work and behavioral training. My personal dog, Toffee (basset hound!), lived to be 16, and my favorite time with her was the patient walks and TLC needed as she got older--happy to support your senior animals too:) A couple other tidbits: I have experience working with farm animals (chickens, ducks, goats, and alpacas!) and majored in Environmental Science in college. Looking forward to meeting your furry ones! I balance my full-time job (8:30-4) with pet care through Rover and at the animal shelter. I am happy to work with you to find good times (evenings and weekends included, depending on when). I prefer to meet or provide care at your home, but I also live in a very walkable neighborhood and have a dog park nearby. My house has a fenced-in yard and a sprinkler for the hotter days. While I do not currently have a crate in my personal vehicle, I am happy to get one if you are more comfortable. I also have close friends with dogs and cats if play dates are helpful too!

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 13 years old. Family and friends always ask me for help. I have grown up around animals and know their behaviors. I take care of 2 indoor cats on my own. I also help my mom and grandma with the strays around our house taking them to the vet spaying/neutering them. I originally wanted to be a veterinarian and did shadowing at the Northford Veterinary Clinic with Dr. Minott and dealt with medication and nail clipping. I understand the signs and situations of an animal that is scared or feels danger. I have helped foster kittens and puppies from strays, preparing them to be adopted. My mom has worked at the Central Veterinary Hospital for many years. She has taken me to work many times showing me the ins and outs of the hospital. I also have experience with oral medication helping my mom with our dogs! I’m enrolled into The University of Tampa full time, but I have the entire summer free from June-August. I am an active person and would love spending time out side with your pet! In your home I will respect your property/privacy. Whatever you need me to do for your furry pet I will do! I will make sure they’re safe, loved and cared for!

“Leaving Gamma and Delta for a long period of time was incredibly stressful for us, but Melanie completely exceeded our expectations! She came in twice a day for food, to spend quality time with them and sent a lot of daily photos. I was able to enjoy my entire trip with zero worries since we had a pretty good communication with her. Gamma and Delta had a blast, non stop cuddles and a lot of love, also a lot of games and treats, they will miss her! Melanie also helped us with some medication and did an amazing job taking care of our dogs, she left the house spotless, we highly recommend her and will definitely ask for her help in all our future trips!”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs now for about 2 years as a way to help out family and friends while making an additional income. I have experience doing overnight stays, walks, and visits for both young and old dogs! I am a recent graduate looking for a job, so I currently have plenty of time to look after your pets! Let me know what time and day you would like my help and I will try my best to accommodate. I will work on weekends! When caring for dogs during a walk, visit, or overnight stay, I try my absolute best to follow the schedule/instructions put out for me, especially when caring for older dogs who may rely on a structured rountine. I will always contact you if there is something that concerns me, and I make sure to send occasional pictures of your pet, especially if they do something cute!

About: I am a veterinary nurse as well as a certified dog trainer. I love animals of all shapes and sizes and will treat your pup as one of my own! I work from home. I do virtual dog training sessions and only work one day out of the house, so very easy for me to take care of your pup in between sessions. We have a fenced in yard with plenty of toys as well as going for daily walks in our very safe neighborhood. I also have two very friendly medium size pups who love to play.

About: I absolutely love all types of dogs and cats! Ever since I was 10 years old I have not lived without a dog in my house. I am flexible with your pets needs from walking to running and biking or taking them to the dog park. I have experience with administering medicine orally or injections. I have a dog of my own (who currently lives out of state at the moment with my boyfriend) so I know the responsibilities of what it takes to be a great dog owner, he is large and high energy so I am not intimidated by dogs with tough personalities. I am very reliable and will respond usually very quickly to texts or calls thank you in advance for considering me to walk/watch your pet! I am currently working Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm so I am mostly available on weekends Friday-Sunday. I have an hour for lunch so I can also check on a pet then but it is not guaranteed. I treat your pets as though they are my own! I know how hard it can be to leave them so I make sure they feel like they are on vacation too by giving them walks, cuddles and permitted treats.

“Sabrina and Daniel were absolutely fantastic and if you don't wish to read a long review, I'll just say right off the bat that they were extremely communicative, thorough, they took great care of our three cats, and we will absolutely be requesting their services again in the future. They sent us a bunch of pictures of each cat over the course of a week and they even helped out with a few extraneous asks that my wife and I had while we were away. We will absolutely use them again in the future as long as they are ok with seeing our three introverted (lol) cats again! They went above and beyond what we had expected and we felt totally comfortable having them in our home while we were away. We loved that they work as a team! 100% animal lovers through and through and my wife and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Sabrina and Daniel!”

About: I've had dogs all of my life, and created such strong bonds with each one of them. I've always been someone my family and friends can turn to when they leave to care for their pets as I ensure they are not only taken care of, but comfortable and happy as well. Animals are so special to people and I will always drop everything to care for them. I'm completely free for the summer before I attend my first year of college in the fall. When I have classes, I plan to schedule pet care visits in my free time and days off as well. I'm a very communicative and responsible person who can easily adapt to the needs of my clients and their pets. About: I have had lots of different types of animal experiences since I was a child including always having a cat in the household and volunteering with animal shelters. My specialty is cats but I have a few years experience with sitting and walking dogs as well. I am always up for a new challenge and am very capable and adaptable. I have worked in many animal shelters, as well as managed a cat shelter, so I am very comfortable approaching all animals. I have a very flexible schedule because I run my own cat oriented business and make my own hours. My whole life is animals, so I love to fit them into my life as much as possible. I currently only offer services in my clients’ homes, and to ensure that their pets are always safe and secure, I am very on top of communication and checking in with my pet parents. I like to review all instructions together to make sure I don’t have any questions and know exactly what contacts are (vet, ER, friends) for emergencies. I always respect other people’s space and will leave things exactly as I left them, if not better. Letting someone into your home to take care of your fur family requires a lot of trust and I feel honored when someone allows me that privilege.
