About: I’ve taken care of pets ever since I was a child. My family has had all sorts of pets from cats and dogs to fish and turtles to bunnies and hermit crabs! I am a pet lover and find joy in giving all sorts of animals cuddles and love :) I am currently taking 2 graduate courses a week at PSU and have time to care for pets before or after my classes. I live in Tigard but will also be commuting to Portland weekly. Pet care is something I can do almost daily! I love to create a routine for myself and intend to make pet care part of that. I value pet-parent communication greatly! Making sure I have an understanding of the animals needs and where all the tools I need to best care for your baby are. I believe caring for a pet in their home is best for the pet and myself so the pet can feel most comfortable and I know everything they will need is in the house!

About: I have taken care of dogs, and pet/house sitting for friends, family, and other people throughout the last 6.5 years. My family had two dogs while growing up who I adored and loved taking care of. I also worked at a dog daycare for a bit during my freshman and sophomore years of college. I have always enjoyed being around dogs and spending time caring for them. They deserve all the love and attention they can get! I am detail-oriented and pay attention to the little things that matter. I do have a part-time job so I am available Mondays and Wednesdays after 11:00 am as well as Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays after 4:30 pm and anytime on the weekends. I have always loved working with and spending time with dogs. Being mindful of their body language, the environment they are in, and many other factors is important in making sure they are well cared for and comfortable. Dogs - just like humans, love their routine and I intend to stick to it. I love taking pictures and providing several updates while taking care of pets. I believe it is important to keep owners informed and up to date on how/what their dog is doing. Especially because I know that when I miss my dog it's always nice to know that they are okay.

About: I have had dogs for most of my life and have dog sat for many friends and family members. I now have two kids ages 3 and 8 that want a dog, but we are not able to commit to that right now so would love to spoil yours! They will be given tons of attention and affection, but will need to be fairly mellow as my kids get used to having a dog around - they are a little scared of very high-energy, jumpy dogs ;). I work from home Mondays and Fridays and I am generally around on the weekends, so they will have plenty of attention! I can do potty breaks every couple of hours and walks twice per day. I often go to parks and also play outside a lot with the kids, so there will be plenty of activity! I have a fenced yard and we often play outside in our cul de sac so would have them on a leash out front. I am happy to crate the dog if you are comfortable with that and bring one. They are welcome on our couches.

“London literally jumps for joy when Christopher comes to take him for his 4 mile jog/run! Puppies are full of energy and Christopher definitely knows how to expend that energy!”

About: Born and raised in rural central California, I've been surrounded by animals ever since I can remember. I've gladly taken on roles of rescuer, caregiver, ear-scratcher, and fur-mama - roles that brought joy and a sense of fulfillment. Currently away from home and unable to have pets of my own, animal care is no longer a part of my daily routine. This has left a void that I'm hoping to fill by helping you care for YOUR fur-babies! Communication is VERY important to me - I totally understand the need to receive regular updates and quality photos and I will happily fulfill it :) I currently work remotely and volunteer part-time. This gives me the flexibility I need to add a little something to some of my non-working/volunteering mornings and afternoons. My current home doesn't allow pets- however, at my previous home, our 2 dogs and 3 of 7 cats were indoor/outdoor. The dogs have a strict feeding schedule with personalized portions and additions to their food. I also give the dogs oral flea meds once a month, and have andministered oral anti-inflammatory meds in the past. The cats have wet food in the morning in the garage, with feeders of dry food to graze throughout the day. While they're relatively independent- I have to give them a lil love whenever me meet.

About: Hi there! I'm a lifelong animal lover who’s spent years hiking, walking, and exploring outdoors with my family's dogs. While I haven’t had formal training or experience with senior dogs, I treat every pet with the love and attention they deserve just like I would my own. I go on daily walks rain or shine and would love to bring your pup along for the adventure! I’m responsible, punctual, and always prioritize your dog's safety, comfort, and happiness. Whether your dog loves a long nature stroll or a quick neighborhood walk, I’ll match their pace and personality. Let me know how I can make your dog’s day a little brighter I’d be honored to help! Dog walking fits seamlessly into my daily life—I go on walks every single day and love being outdoors. I have a very open and flexible schedule, so I’m available most times throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I enjoy making each walk a fun, safe, and enriching experience for your dog. As a dog walker, I focus on safety and trust during every outing. I will always use secure leashes and collars, stay aware of surroundings, and follow any specific instructions you provide. I respect your dog’s pace and personality, and I never walk dogs from different households together your pet gets my full attention every time.

“Alison was a wonderful dog walker for our little pack. At our meet and greet she spent all of the time touching the dogs. She listened to our behavior notes and used them to help her successfully wrangle the pack into their harnesses. She sent great pictures, a detailed summary, and completed the walk card. She even sent pictures of our cat. I love the attention she gave us, our pets, and our home.”

About: I have a very positive personality that I bring out in all work that I do. I am a practicing Speech Language Pathologist with a 3 year old pup of my own—Louie. I have taken care of pets through rover, as well as used it for my own pet care needs. I moved around the Portland area a bit, so I took a break from Rover, but now my life is more settled and I’m happy to take your fur-babies on walks, or drop in! I live in Mountain Park and would be happy to cover any “last minute” dog needs that you have. My schedule will allow for 1-3 walks/drop in visits per day. My most availability is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I pride myself in being thorough and paying attention to detail. I will follow any and all instructions that you provide. Having a dog of my own, I can supply poop bags and treats if necessary.

About: I really don't what sets me apart from other sitters. I've had pets all my life. I've only just started dogsitting for neighbors about 2ish years ago and so far they like me. I'm currently unemployed so pet care fits perfectly well into my daily and or weekly routine. It's a good way to earn some money in between job searching. I can easily follow instructions if you have a pet who has a more strict schedule or I'm pretty chill if your pet does not need lots of care.

About: I have owned and cared for dogs ranging from the smallest to the largest; from show dogs to cattle dogs to Dobermans and German shepherds. I am comfortable caring for all age ranges as well as those with disabilities and medications. I have worked with many animals and am comfortable grooming, walking, feeding, playing with and caring for your pets. Whether that is on a stroll around the block or just giving a good belly rub. I have experience caring for dogs as well as cats. I am an energetic and passionate individual, with a passion for animals. I am available in the greater Tualatin area. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to meeting you and your fur children! I work from home so am around for multiple walks a day. My schedule is flexible, so your furry friend will not be alone for any more than an hour and half at a time. I live in a large apartment with an access to walking trails and grassy areas as well as a small dog park. There are no cats in the home. If you are worried about your fur baby being lonely, don't worry about that! Lady is my dog and once she warms up to a new furry friend they are friends for life! Lady has never shown any aggression in anyway although I do introduce her in a muzzle just because she is big and loud sometimes and makes other dogs nervous (though they do LOVE to play and horse around)! I would be happy to meet with you in a public place with Lady before any stay with me.

“Imani is a gem! She takes such good care of my boys- they are both very big and can be a lot at once but I know they are safe and well cared for with Imani. It makes time away from them so much easier!”

“Alyssa is wonderful with our 2 dogs, one has reactivity behavior with other dogs and she has been fantastic with him. I am grateful we found her, the boys adore her. She also has been so flexible which I appreciate.”

About: Growing up I was always around cats and/or dogs. I even have experience taking care of our mini pig, Sheldon. I have pet sat for many people and would love to continue to earn money as a college student home for summer break while spending time with pets! I’m home from college for the summer and will be in the area until mid September. I have a couple trips planned but would love to fill the rest of my time with pet care. My availability is very open minus a few trips! I would also love to continue pet care in Eugene when I am back at school in late September. I can stop by your home to care for your pet(s) as many times as needed. I have no problem crating or walking animals if need be.

Kathryn G.
“Kathryn Gregory lives for animals. While she was living in Tulare, she had and cared for 7 rescue cats and 2 dogs. Each cat she rescued as kittens. She nurtured them until old enough for spayed, neutering, and shots. 2 of the cats were indoor- outdoor cats that she loved to have in her room at night. Had she been able to take all the animals to Portland she would have. But as it is she left us with 9 very healthy animals. I would highly recommend her as a caregiver to anyone's animals.”

Caroline B.
“I think Caroline would provide loving and trustworthy pet care because she’s patient, dependable, and genuinely loves animals. She takes the time to understand each pet’s unique needs and treats them like family. Any pup would be lucky to have her! She’s incredibly reliable, caring, and truly loves spending time with dogs.
