About: I’ve been caring for dogs for many years, and each experience has taught me how to be patient, loving, and responsible. I looked after my sweet poodle for 17 years, especially when she grew older and developed Alzheimer’s. It was a challenging time, but I cared for her with all my heart. I also helped care for dogs adopted by my family. My elderly aunt adopted a street dog named Fred, and since she couldn’t manage walks and vet visits on her own, I was the one who took care of him. Later, my grandmother adopted another rescue named Bruce, and I became his main walking companion because of her limited mobility. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
