She was with Debra for 5 days while we were out of town and Debra followed all our detailed notes and sent us regular updates throughout the day. We could see that Hazel was having a great time, getting lots of attention, playing with toys, watching the world from the huge window Debra has. She came back totally herself, with no signs of the stress which we have noticed with some other sitters. About: Hi! I’m a longtime cat lover with years of experience caring for kitties of all kinds — shy, playful, senior, and everything in between. I’m now looking to grow my experience with dogs. I treat every pet like my own and always aim to create a calm, loving environment. I work remote most of the week but do have to go into the office on occasion. I’m happy to switch days around if it works better for your schedule! Cats: I have a cat tower from my previous cat along with a bunch of toys for them to play with. We also have a litter box if needed. SO many windows for bird watching in the house if you choose to board with us. Super quiet neighborhood as well. Dogs: I live 2 mins from a fenced dog park! which makes it easy for us to get outside and go for a walk! Plenty of pets in the neighborhood as well for some socializing.

My dog is typically very shy and anxious around new people and dogs, but she became very happy and comfortable around Laila and the other dogs quite quickly. About: Pet owner who has taken on difficult rescues and has been a safe haven for a menagerie. Only positive reinforcement training methods for us! I have turned a shy pitty rescue into an outgoing and fun-loving companion. I live in a home in the central district of Seattle with my adult daughter and husband. I have the summer off and have the flexibility to to care for your pup. When I do work, it's from home so I have lots of time to devote to the pups. Days will include sunbathing, walks around the neighborhood, down to the lake, and car trips! I have a fenced yard and live in a very walkable neighborhood. I often take my dog, Prudence, down to lake Washington on our walks. We have two cats that have grown up around dogs and like non-cat aggressive dogs. (Plus they have a Catio to relax in). I generally avoid dog parks since they can be unpredictable and I've had pit mixes and they tend to get blamed for incidents. Instead, I take my pup on lots of walks and we have an adventure SUV that I can haul them around in. I'm a fan of the private Sniffspots too.
