About: I have watched dogs ever since I was little. I started with a family friends two huskies. They loved to run in their yard and would come visit us on days that we weren't watching them by jumping the fence. When I was 10 or 11 we got our first dog and then we got another a few years later. My wife and I now have three dogs all of which are rescues. I can help with any animals so long as I have a few days heads up that you need help. I have experience watching pretty much every kind of pet from snakes to horses. If you need your dog, or even your cat, walked than I will be happy to help. I can even just stop by to make sure that everyone has a chance to go outside throughout the day. I can stop by and just sit with your pets or I can take them out into the yard and run or throw the ball with them. I am also happy to take them out on long or short walks depending on the pets needs and age. If anybody need medicine I have plenty of experience giving it to them as well as giving dogs physical therapy while recovering from surgery.

About: I have been pet sitting since I was 10 years old! I absolutely love animals, especially dogs and have grown up in a dog household (my family currently has three dogs of our own-a lab/aussie mutt, a mini-aussie, and a doodle). I have experience caring for puppies, as well as basic training. Additionally I have experience caring for senior animals as well as dogs with special dietary requirements. Additionally I always make sure to give my dog specifically but also the other two dogs my family owns, plenty of exercise and enrichment through walks and playtime. I also make it a point to brush my dog every day since her hair frequently knots otherwise. All these habits are reflected in my care for my client's pets, if not magnified by my sense of duty to ensure the safety and well-being of the pet I have been entrusted to care for.

About: I've had dogs ever since I was 10, but my experience with them goes far beyond that. When I was a little kid, before I ever had a dog, I would go to this read with a dog program called "Paws to Read." I would spend countless hours reading to the dogs and befriending them, along with a cat or two here and there. When I was 10, I got my first dog, a husky, and gave him a wonderful life. He had quite a few medical issues and behaved older for his age because of it, so I know how to provide senior pet care. He has since passed, but my two current dogs, one pitbull and one pitsky, remind me every day how important pets are to me. I've had them both for eight years now, during which we've taken numerous car rides, walks, enjoyed outside and inside playtime, movie nights, and anything a dog could dream of. Now, while I've never had a cat because of the majority of my family being allergic, I never turn away from a cat. I'm a regular at the Gem City Catfe, where I play with the cats often and have gone so often that they are comfortable with me. I keep cat and dog treats on me in case I come across a stray, because all cats and dogs deserve to feel some love. I've also dog-sat and house-sat for a few friends before, so I know how to handle situations like pets not getting along, bathroom accidents, and being a bit of a picky eater. Currently, I am a full time student and work full time at UDRI (UD's Research Institute) from 8:30am - 3:30am. During the summer I won't be taking any in person classes, just two online. But when I return to UD for my final year, I will be taking classes again and may be slightly more limited. When it comes to my pets and caring for clients pets, the comfort of the pet is most important to me. Personally, my two dogs don't get along with each other very well, so they typically have to be separated. Even so, I always make sure to treat them both equally and give them lots of love! If I take one for a car ride and ice cream, I bring ice cream back for the other and take the other for a car ride later that week. If my client has dogs similar to mine, who need to be separated, I would be sure to treat them equally and split my time with them according to my client's requests. Given single-pet households, I'd spend a lot of my time with them! In my downtime, I'd make sure to sit with them while I work on coursework. I'd be sure to take them on walks and go for potty breaks. And of course I'd make sure we get a lot of play time in and lots of love!

About: Ever since I was little I have been caring for dogs. Right now I have three dogs, two mini golden doodles and one Bernese mountain dog! About: I have been an animal lover my entire life. When I was a teenager, I had an older dog with declining health. I was her caretaker, making sure she had her medications and was provided with the proper diet. I even had a crib in my room where she slept. I truly believe our dogs and cats are more than just pets, they are members of our family. We have two dogs in our family, a 9 ½ year old Labrador and a 3-year-old Cattle Dog. They are definitely at different energy levels but both love to play and snuggle! I am currently a stay-at-home dad but as the kids have grown, they need me less and less. This gives me a lot of flexibility to care for and play with your pets! I can be available most hours of the day and night and am available on weekends. We play a lot in our house. Our Cattle Dog will fetch the ball for hours if we will throw it. Our Labrador likes to lay in the sunshine and watch. Not a lot of running for her! I will play with your pets and ensure they get the exercise and attention they need when you are away from home. You can rest assured that they will be well cared for!

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and animals my entire life and have had over 12 years of daily hands on experience caring for my own dog. I’ve also helped friends and neighbors with walking, feeding, potty breaks, and drop in care. I currently work with children, so I’m responsible, patient, dependable, and comfortable handling different personalities and needs. I treat every pet with the same care and attention I would want for my own. I work part time Monday through Friday in the afternoons from 2 pm to 6 pm. I’ll start working full time in the summer. However, until June I can conduct my services in mornings. I’ll always be available evenings after 7:00 PM I greet the pets by petting them as soon as I enter the clients home. I will then let them out and will wait until they are by the door to let them in. I also actively supervise the animals and don’t let them leave my sight while being on the clients property. I make sure they are inside the clients home and their cages if one is required before leaving the clients property.
