I already have care sheets printed up for my girl, but Valerie came with a notebook prepared to write everything down so that she wouldn't have to rely solely on her memory. She was very flexible on the day of our meet and greet when I had to work 2hrs later than I expected. She was also willing to be flexible on start/end dates (within what her schedule allowed). Ended up not needing to change plans on the vacation, but she did end up coming over early on the day of the overnight (with unfortunately not as much notice as I should have given her). Valerie spent most the day(s) and all nights with my girl and sent photo updates. Fortunately, my dog only had one freak out while I was gone, and Valerie was very patient with her. Before I left for vacation, I'd tried to clean as much as I could, but there were a couple of things I meant to do and just ran out of time. When I got home, the house was actually a bit cleaner than I left it. She didn't reorganize my things or anything that I'd have been frustrated by, just... that little bit extra.
