She's on a ton of daily meds and has a few situation meds as well. She very quickly warmed up to Valerie. I already have care sheets printed up for my girl, but Valerie came with a notebook prepared to write everything down so that she wouldn't have to rely solely on her memory. She was very flexible on the day of our meet and greet when I had to work 2hrs later than I expected. She was also willing to be flexible on start/end dates (within what her schedule allowed). Ended up not needing to change plans on the vacation, but she did end up coming over early on the day of the overnight (with unfortunately not as much notice as I should have given her). Valerie spent most the day(s) and all nights with my girl and sent photo updates. Fortunately, my dog only had one freak out while I was gone, and Valerie was very patient with her. Before I left for vacation, I'd tried to clean as much as I could, but there were a couple of things I meant to do and just ran out of time. When I got home, the house was actually a bit cleaner than I left it. She didn't reorganize my things or anything that I'd have been frustrated by, just... that little bit extra. Juno was so great with my puppy while I was away for a weekend. Juno was very professional and all around amazing sitter. She even came to my home a few days before my trip to meet Reece. Juno would provide me updates and even took photos and sent them to me. Cleaned any puppy accidents, took Reece on walks, and was timely on Reece's feeding schedule. I am happy that Reece and I found Juno and plan on utilizing her services again.
Lisa was amazing with our animals! She made sure to follow the normal routine that the animals are accustomed to. Kelsi was amazing! Did a fantastic job of caring for our 9yr old Havanese! Played w him, walked him and kept him right on schedule! He is extremely spoiled and she gave him all the attention he is use to! Let him sleep in her bed which is a must for us! Ha She communicated extremely well and sent us lots of pics which we loved!
