She's on a ton of daily meds and has a few situation meds as well. She very quickly warmed up to Valerie. I already have care sheets printed up for my girl, but Valerie came with a notebook prepared to write everything down so that she wouldn't have to rely solely on her memory. She was very flexible on the day of our meet and greet when I had to work 2hrs later than I expected. She was also willing to be flexible on start/end dates (within what her schedule allowed). Ended up not needing to change plans on the vacation, but she did end up coming over early on the day of the overnight (with unfortunately not as much notice as I should have given her). Valerie spent most the day(s) and all nights with my girl and sent photo updates. Fortunately, my dog only had one freak out while I was gone, and Valerie was very patient with her. Before I left for vacation, I'd tried to clean as much as I could, but there were a couple of things I meant to do and just ran out of time. When I got home, the house was actually a bit cleaner than I left it. She didn't reorganize my things or anything that I'd have been frustrated by, just... that little bit extra. Could not have asked for a better sitter. Will definitely be reaching out again!”

There is such incredible peace of mind in being able to leave home knowing that the dogs are not only safe and well cared for, but genuinely loved while we’re away. Valerie treats them like they’re her own, keeps us updated, and takes such great care of both them and our home. Our pups know her, love her, and are completely comfortable with her — which means everything to us. Being able to travel without worrying about what’s happening at home is priceless, and Valerie gives us that gift every single time. She is dependable, caring, trustworthy, and simply an exceptional pet sitter. After three wonderful experiences with her, she has become our person for the pups. Katie did such a great job taking care of our dogs and cat while we were away for vacation! Katie sent amazing pictures every day and was always super responsive. We knew the pets were in great hands and can tell that they had a great time! She took on a last-minute mission to take care of my two dogs, including one trouble maker😌 and one senior dog needed insulin shots.
