Overall, she took great care of my dog and was responsive during the stay. However, I was disappointed that on the first night she went home instead of staying at my house, which is what we had agreed upon and what I booked/payed for. What concerned me most was not necessarily that plans changed, but that she didn’t communicate it to me beforehand or mention it afterward until I brought it up myself. I would have appreciated a quick message asking if alternative arrangements were okay — whether that meant leaving for the night, having someone else come over, or even bringing my dog to her home. I think that specific lack of communication made it difficult for me to fully trust the situation while I was away, and I found myself checking every front door camera notification instead of simply feeling confident that things were going well at home. That said, my dog was well cared for overall, and I appreciate the effort she put in during the rest of the stay!

Maddie did a good job caring for Penny overall, but I was disappointed that she didn’t follow the written instructions I provided. Before the booking, I explained that this was my first time leaving Penny for a week and that I would be out of state. I specifically asked Maddie if she would be spending the night at my place since I had requested house sitter service, she stated yes. But she only some of the nights at my place. I requested text or photo updates every 2–3 days, and she also agreed. Unfortunately, I did not receive any updates until I reached out. Penny was fine when I returned, but consistent communication and following instructions are essential, especially for a senior dog.

Maple loves her walks with Maddie:) very reliable and kind, would recommend to anyone!

Maddie was great with the dogs and left the house clean and tidy! We’re so happy our fur babies were well cared for while we were gone.

Maddie was wonderful. Her personality is confident and positive. She is very responsive and did a great job!

Maddie did great for us! She went above want we were expecting. She scooped poop in the back yard and even took our trash to the curb for trash day!! She responded quickly to any text we had and for sure made us and our kids feel less stressed about leaving them for the week! We appreciate you!
