While the dogs were playing, Marv's flea and tick collar fell off and got a little chewed, and she even replaced that for us! She called our vet to find out where she could purchase a new one. Joanne went above and beyond and Marvin felt right at home sleeping in bed with her. We hope to use Joanne again and would absolutely recommend her to any doggy family!
