About: Animals are my passion! Not only have I grown up around them and worked with them for 5+ years but they are a part of my chosen career field. I am currently a veterinary assistant at a local veterinary clinic and am enrolled in school in pursuit of a veterinary technology degree! I am a recent college graduate beginning her journey in exotic animal care! I have been taking care of animals, dogs especially, for my entire life and want nothing more than continuing to do so. I have 3 years of experience working in dog boarding facilities and another 3 years of experience in puppy care. Recently I re-enrolled in college to become a registered veterinary technician. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
