About: I’ve loved and cared for a variety of animals throughout my life. I’ve had dogs, cats, a parakeet, hamsters, gerbils, rats, ferrets, fish, a bearded dragon, and a red tail boa. I LOVE animals. When I was a kid I would even spend my weekends at our local pet shop holding and playing with their animals. I am a mother of two teenagers, and have been a small business owner, so I am extremely responsible, reliable, caring, attentive to detail, and have the skills to do anything necessary to care for your pets. I currently work part time evenings and weekends, so I’m available all week, Monday through Friday during the morning and afternoon hours up until 4pm. We have a fenced in yard, but we also live in a beautiful historic neighborhood and love taking walks around the neighborhood and to the park as often as possible.

I have both a cat and dog myself, have raised two litters of pups, and I give my pets an insane amount of lovins through scratches, massages, baby talk, play and car rides to go get doggy ice cream from Ritters, all while singing “you are my sunshine.” This is the same kind of lovins you can expect for your pets to receive, as I am a firm and proud believer that I ought to treat them as I would my very own! I have sat for foster dogs, senior dogs and cats, special needs dogs, dogs with behavioral issues and am familiar with the care of horses and chickens as well. One thing that sets me apart is that I have plenty of time available to give your pet a vacation while you take yours! I work as an esthetician and esthetics instructor 3 days per week, so this allows me to keep my schedule open and flexible for my pet sitting clientele. I love being outdoors, have a huge heart for animals, and I trust their instincts and try to be as in tune with them as possible. They really are so sensitive to what’s going on around them and I love learning from them and their observations! I have a lot of flexibility within my schedule as I only work 3 days each week. I don’t mind early mornings, and strive to keep a consistent routine for your pet. I live on a full acre, and provide 50 foot locking cables for dogs to get their zoomies out! I always keep a plethora of snacks on hand, cheese connoisseurs will not be disappointed, and I can provide a large private bedroom (it was formerly 2 small bedrooms) for pets who prefer their alone time.

Erin has a great attention to detail and even got our trash cans to the street even when we forgot to ask her to. We felt very comfortable having Erin in our home. Erin went above and beyond by hand drawing a sketch of one of our fur babies that we lost the week before we left, understanding how much we were hurting. We are looking forward to having Erin back and have already scheduled another booking with her.
I cannot express how much I appreciate her care for my elderly dog. My poor dog was just prescribed some medicine that he needed to take as well and she handled everything. I was recently gone for 10 days and she managed to keep all my outdoor plants alive! That is not an easy task.
As a nervous first-time cat mom, I was reluctant to hire a stranger to stay at my home with my adolescent fur baby. Fortunately, I found Brooke. Brooke is kind, attentive, considerate and capable. She responded quickly to multiple check-ins and was clearly interested in making sure she provided continuity of care. I returned to a happy cat and a spotless home. Brooke is the consummate professional and a genuinely kind human. I intend to rebook in the very near future.
