Communication was amazing, especially when there was a huge unexpected snow storm! She problem solved with us the best way to ensure she could continue to take care of our dog with weather conditions making it impossible to drive. Our dog is more reserved with new people but she took to Emma immediately during her meet and greet and by a few days in to house sitting was fully comfortable with her!
