I have more experience with senior dog care but I do have some knowledge in puppy training and care. I've only taken care of two cats. “Emma was great with our dogs, however. We met with her prior to booking so we could get to know her and our dogs could meet her as well. We spoke about the time being 12noon and that was not a problem. The first day (Monday) she was here on time, the next 3 days she arrived at 1pm. 1 hr later then discussed. Then Friday morning she texted us stating she was stuck at a house she was cleaning and was not gonna be able to make it. My wife had to rush from work in Sidney to take them out, then rush back. Keep in mind we had already paid for the entire week.”

The only pet care experience I have is small animals due to the apartment complex rules I lived in as a child, as an adult I feed stray animals and do not have any pets of my own due to my love of travel/adventure I can only take care of other people's animals or feed strays at the moment. My neighbors have a Alaskan Husky that I adore so very much that I have bought her treats and toys every few months they don't mind as our families have both been in the neighborhood for decades and have known each other. We were pretty nervous about leaving Reina since she’s a rescue and can be a little anxious around new people, but Jacob immediately put us at ease. He took the time to meet with us beforehand, asked thoughtful questions, and even took notes about Reina’s routine, what she likes, and her do’s and don’ts. It was obvious he genuinely cared about making her feel comfortable. While we were away, he kept us updated with plenty of pictures and communicated with us consistently, which made a huge difference and allowed us to actually relax on our trip. Every update showed us that Reina was being well cared for and getting lots of attention. If you’re looking for someone who is patient, communicative, and truly cares about your dog, we highly recommend Jacob. We’ll absolutely be booking with him again. “Pretty sure my dog, Asher, had more fun with Lois and John than he does with us!!! I wasn't sure how Asher would be with their dogs, and they let us come over for a meet and greet before we officially booked them. Asher loved them--their dogs are very well behaved. We got constant pictures and videos and updates so we could check in on our pup from afar. Couldn't recommend Lois and John more, we will definitely be using them again in the near future!”
