I am a dog lover! 🐾 Well, I adore animals in general. I love being able to give them the care they need. I have no children of my own but I am a full-time dog mom and cat mom. I have cared for dogs and cats my entire life. Plus, I do not mind cleaning up messes! Spoiling pups and cuddling are two of my favorite things. Dog walks are fun for both of us because we both get exercise and fresh air! I have a wonderful, sweet-as-can-be pup at my house named Mister. He gets along well with the cats. He is a nice boy but if he needs to be separated I am prepared to do so, he has a crate. It would be ideal for your dog to have one too if he/she comes to my house. I am very excited to sign up for Rover~ I'm really looking forward to meeting and caring for pups! 🐕

Dorothy is so fantastic! She always works with timing however she can and makes sure to give our fur babies the love and attention they deserve while we are gone. She makes sure to keep us informed and keeps safety as a top priority. She is our regular go to!

Dorothy was fantastic! The meet and greet went great and she kept in communication the whole time we were gone. She was prompt about making sure the house was secure. Our cat normally roams outside, but she noticed he was hanging out under cars in the front, which is not normal, and she made sure to get him out from under and back inside. She was very nice and very responsible. We will def book her again.
Dorothy was super communicative and accommodating after my sitter cancelled on us last minute. We will absolutely book her again. We got a lot of pictures and felt safe knowing our fur babies were taken care of!

Schedule
I drive a school bus. So, I do have quite a bit of free time to do Rover! ☺️ That being said, please be aware: ✨️ I go to bed at around 7pm and wake up at 4am. If you reach out after 7pm you'll have to wait until 4am for me to be able to respond to you. Please be patient, I promise I will respond! Monday-Thursday Hours available: approximately 11am-1pm Services available: drop-in and/or dog-walking Friday AM hours available: approximately 11am-1pm AM services available: drop-in and/or dog-walking PM hours available: approximately 6pm-whenever PM services available: boarding, sitting, daycare Saturday Hours available: any Services available: any Sunday Hours available: any time until 6pm Services available: drop-in, dog-walking, daycare Unless otherwise indicated I will generally be free on national holidays when schools and banks are closed! I also may have availability over spring break, winter break, and summer break for Rover services. I intend to update my calendar frequently to accurately display my availability week by week. 👍🏻 **Please note: I will sometimes pick up extra hours with my bus job for field trips, etc. I will only do that if no one has booked a service with me through Rover, of course. Also, once I know I'm unavailable for Rover I will update my calendar to reflect that right away.

I have a fenced yard at my house and a dog who would LOVE to be friends~ (if the owner says it's okay and the dogs get along well together, of course)! If I am dog-sitting at your house I will follow care instructions and behave as if I am on camera. Showing respect to your home is important to me and providing excellent care for your dog is #1!

A typical day
We'll take walks around the neighborhood and play fetch in the yard. I'll provide lots of cuddles and treats (within reason)! Every dog is different so it will depend on what they specifically want and need!

- Please let me know if your dog has any special needs. I can administer oral medication if need be, but I am not a professional. I will need to know about any special diets or allergies. I'm happy to accommodate for the pup's needs; but I would like to request no aggressive dogs, please! If I am boarding your dog here, he/she must get along with cats. Any other information you'd like to share about your dog is welcomed and encouraged!
