Elise was a great sitter that took care of my three dogs and two cats. She was very kind and when we returned all animals were happy healthy and house well care for. Highly recommend her!

We had used Elisa before but did not have a good experience this time. Elisa sat from Fri-Sun for us in home. My biggest issues were that neither dog received a walk during the stay when they should have gotten one each day until I mentioned not seeing they had been walked via cameras on Sunday afternoon and that medication was mishandled. My 9 month old puppy received medication meant for my 97 lbs Adult dog. Accidents absolutely do happen and we couldn't do anything about it, but when trusting someone with your pet, you want attention to detail. The dogs weren't walked Friday due to weather (understandable) but it wasn't communicated with me. They didnt get a walk Saturday and when I asked about it, Elisa said she wasn't feeling well with a headache. If she had told me I would have made other arrangements to help her and the dogs. She then did leave from 8 until after 2 am, though, and while I did not pry I was bothered that she could be out late but not well enough to walk the dogs. On Sunday I tried to communicate with Elisa about walks and our return and could not get in touch with her. She responded at noon when she had previously messaged me around 830 am.
