While we were away, he kept us updated with plenty of pictures and communicated with us consistently, which made a huge difference and allowed us to actually relax on our trip. An absolute gem! Highly recommend Emily! This was my dog Lionel’s very first stay with Emily, and she exceeded every expectation. She took such wonderful care of him and made him feel right at home. Emily was incredibly diligent with his schedule, making sure he got his medications right on time. She went above and beyond to make him comfortable—even letting Lionel cuddle up and use her own dog's bed! She kept him active and happy playing his favorite game of fetch, and I absolutely loved receiving the frequent photos and videos she sent throughout his stay. It gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. When I came to pick Lionel up, he was one happy, relaxed pup. It’s clear Emily treated him like family. I will absolutely be booking with her again, and I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for a loving, attentive, and reliable pet sitter!

They took great care of our pup. The communications were fantastic. We got daily updates. Due to a major flight delay we would have been very late picking our dog up. Mahamat was very helpful both offering to figure a way to extend the booking or getting our dog ready early so our son could pick him up and take him to our house.
