When my husband and I first started talking to each other it was to set up puppy play dates with our dogs and the rest is history! We both have had dogs since we were kids. Our family and friends know that their dogs are always welcome at our house anytime they come over. Our two boys enjoy playing with our dogs and give the best belly rubs around!

Leaving my dogs behind is never easy, but Ashleigh and Bill made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the entire stay. They are such a kind and responsive couple who clearly love pets as if they were their own. I really appreciated the regular updates and photos of Wonder—it was so reassuring to see him happy and well-cared for. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving home for their pups!

Ashleigh and Bill were absolutely wonderful. We dropped Max off thinking he was ready to stay in a new place with new dogs, but we learned quickly that he was overly stressed and not quite ready for all that stimulation at once. Ashleigh and Bill were so patient in trying to introduce Max to the other dogs, but it just wasn’t working. I wound up asking them to walk him from our home rather than board him, which worked really well. They were honest and communicative, and very flexible when I needed to change the plan. They were really great in making him feel comfortable, Max just wasn’t ready for the stay.
They were so patient and kind with Maple and her nervousness! Sent tons of pictures and updates on how much fun she was having!

Schedule
We are both teachers and work during the week from 7-4. We are available on the weekends. We are off most holidays and during the summer.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fully fenced in back yard. We have two friendly dogs. One that is younger and loves to run and play. One that is older and plays for a bit, but then just likes to chill for awhile. Dogs are allowed on furniture and we have dog beds they can lay on. We also have hard wood floors, so the occasional accident is no big deal.

A typical day
Our two dogs love to meet new friends. Our younger dog loves to play, run around the yard, be chased, and enjoys a good game of tug-of-war!
