About: I’ve been caring for pets for friends and family for the past two years, providing reliable and loving care for both dogs and cats of all ages. I genuinely enjoy spending time with the animals and have always been able to build strong trusting relationships with them. What sets me apart is my patience, attentiveness, and commitment to maintaining each pets routine so they feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and I take the time to get to know their individual needs throughout my pet and experience. I’ve had no issues or problems and have consistently provided safe dependable care that owners can trust. I work a part time job at a coffee shop so I have plenty of time to play and care for your pups or kitties! I make time each day for feeding, walks, playtime, and giving pets the attention and care they need. Over the past two years I’ve cared for dogs and cats for friends and family so I’m comfortable managing different schedules, energy levels and personalities. I enjoy spending time with animals and can easily incorporate pet care into my weekly routine while ensuring each pet receives reliable attentive care. I follow each pets normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, and any special instructions. I ensure the home remains secure and that the pets are always supervised and safe. I love building trust with both pets and their owners. It is very important to me so I provide reliable care, clear communication, and give regular updates. My goal is to create a calm familiar environment where pets feel comfortable and well cared for while their owners our way.

About: I've had dogs ever since I was 10, but my experience with them goes far beyond that. When I was a little kid, before I ever had a dog, I would go to this read with a dog program called "Paws to Read." I would spend countless hours reading to the dogs and befriending them, along with a cat or two here and there. When I was 10, I got my first dog, a husky, and gave him a wonderful life. He had quite a few medical issues and behaved older for his age because of it, so I know how to provide senior pet care. He has since passed, but my two current dogs, one pitbull and one pitsky, remind me every day how important pets are to me. I've had them both for eight years now, during which we've taken numerous car rides, walks, enjoyed outside and inside playtime, movie nights, and anything a dog could dream of. Now, while I've never had a cat because of the majority of my family being allergic, I never turn away from a cat. I'm a regular at the Gem City Catfe, where I play with the cats often and have gone so often that they are comfortable with me. I keep cat and dog treats on me in case I come across a stray, because all cats and dogs deserve to feel some love. I've also dog-sat and house-sat for a few friends before, so I know how to handle situations like pets not getting along, bathroom accidents, and being a bit of a picky eater. Currently, I am a full time student and work full time at UDRI (UD's Research Institute) from 8:30am - 3:30am. During the summer I won't be taking any in person classes, just two online. But when I return to UD for my final year, I will be taking classes again and may be slightly more limited. When it comes to my pets and caring for clients pets, the comfort of the pet is most important to me. Personally, my two dogs don't get along with each other very well, so they typically have to be separated. Even so, I always make sure to treat them both equally and give them lots of love! If I take one for a car ride and ice cream, I bring ice cream back for the other and take the other for a car ride later that week. If my client has dogs similar to mine, who need to be separated, I would be sure to treat them equally and split my time with them according to my client's requests. Given single-pet households, I'd spend a lot of my time with them! In my downtime, I'd make sure to sit with them while I work on coursework. I'd be sure to take them on walks and go for potty breaks. And of course I'd make sure we get a lot of play time in and lots of love!

About: I have always had pets my whole life, cats and dogs especially, I know they have odd habits and require certain things to make them as comfortable and cared for. I also volunteer at 4 Paws which is a volunteering place to play and take care of dogs that are being prepared to help kids with disabilities. My dog that passed away in March only had one eye so I also know how to take care of animals that have a little bit more trouble. I currently have a part-time job, so this will allow me to spend plenty of time with your pup! I also only work from 3-5 hours per day and do not work everyday, making it perfect to help out and take care of you dog! I just got a 6 month old puppy, I am leash, crate, and manner training her. I am comfortable following instructions from the pets owner on how they want me to care for their dog.

About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember! I currently have two dachshunds and am also the designated sitter for three cats who belong to my brothers, so I have a love for both! I’ve grown up with pets my whole life and love surrounding myself with them. I’ve had lots of experience sitting for pets, ranging from German shepherds to kittens. I have lots of experience working with puppies and senior dogs. I am currently at home full time for the rest of the summer before I start my first year at law school this fall! I wanted to have a relaxing and fun next couple of months before starting possibly the hardest journey of my life, and I thought no better way to do that then spend time with animals. I’m always out walking, especially during the summer and would love to have a cute furry friend to accompany me! Since I am home full time, I am very flexible and have the ability to provide lots of love and care toward your pets. I’ve just recently finished up my internship, so I am available most weekdays. Mornings and early afternoons work best for me, but I am flexible! I always make sure my pets feel loved and cared for. My parents travel a lot and rely on me to be with the dogs 24/7 which I gladly do. I make sure to take them on walks (long enough that their little legs can handle). I’ve realized that a lot more dogs than expected have separation anxiety, so I always try to be as present as possible for them! The same applies for cats. I understand cats can vary when it comes to personality and temperament, and that has helped me understand the best approaches for them and how to interact in a way that is respectful to them.

About: I love all kinds of animals, lizards, birds, even the more unique pets! I have two dogs and two cats and so I know how important your pets are to you when you put your trust in me to provide care for them. I love walking so if your pets needs walks or playtime I am always up for it! I am also able to sit back and hangout with animals that are less active or older, I am very flexible and love meeting all sorts of pets. I look forward to meeting you and those special angels that make everything better. Currently I have a very open schedule, starting in mid-January I will start attending college again but will still have plenty of flexibility! Every day of the week it opens for me and times can be discussed. When I care for your pets, my focus is on keeping them comfortable and happy right where they feel most secure — at home with you. I’ll follow your instructions closely, stick to their usual routines, and give them the same love and attention I give my own animals. My husband and I have rescued five cats that were in need of a loving home. My passion is to take care of any animal I can help. Frequently, I will find stray animals and make sure to have shelter, food, and water available for them and try to care for them as my own. Throughout my life, I have always lived in a household with cats and dogs. I can’t wait to meet your furry loved ones!🐾 I am available to check in on your pets anytime during the week and the weekends. About: I have a Jack Russell Terrier named Snoopy who loves long walks in the park and plenty of attention. I also have experience caring for Siberian Husky and a Shiba mix. Also taken care of gerbils, hamsters, turtles, and parakeets. I'm currently available with a flexible schedule. I enjoy taking care of dogs on long walks and playing fetch with them outside in the yard i have experienced dealing with a variety of dogs and pets. I have ample amount of experience giving dogs medicine that prescribed to them and feeding and giving plenty of water

About: Starting in 2015, while working as a housekeeper, I became the go-to pet sitter for many of the families I cleaned for. Even after starting my career as an esthetics instructor, I stayed on as their trusted sitter, continuing to care for their senior cats and dogs alike, foster dogs, special needs dogs, dogs with behavioral issues. With both a cat and dog myself and having raised two litters of pups, I offer a wide variety of knowledge and expertise. I take pride in giving an insane amount of scratches, massages, baby talk and car rides for doggy ice cream from Ritters, all while singing “you are my sunshine.” I am a firm and proud believer that I ought to treat your pets as I would my very own! Having a huge heart for animals, I trust their instincts and strive to be as in tune with them as possible. They truly are so sensitive to what’s going on around them and I humbly love learning from each animal, their outlook on life and their own experiences. I have a lot of flexibility within my schedule as I only work 3 days each week as an esthetician and esthetics instructor, and have my husband to help me take care of our fur own fur babies. I don’t mind early mornings, and strive to keep a consistent routine for your pet. I will ALWAYS send check in photos each day I come, keep things clean and organized, observe their behavior, and stay as close to their normal routine as possible.

About: I’ve always been a dog lover and give my sweet pup Attie all the love in the world. I grew up with dachshunds and currently have a 8–year-old mixed breed, who we adopted. My husband and I trained Attie with positive reinforcement to ensure her obedience without taking away from her fun-loving spirit. I love meeting and bonding with the dogs I sit, and I would love to open my home to your pets. My availability during the summer months is flexible. I am a full-time teacher, so during the school year, my availability is limited, but I am willing to work with clients to figure out the best plan that will work for you and your dog. Dogs must be crate-trained. I work full-time as a teacher, so Monday-Friday, pups need to be crated during the day for up to 8 hours while I’m at work. After work, I can provide walks and play. On the weekends, I’m open. I have a fenced yard and Attie, who loves meeting new dogs and making new friends. Dogs will need to be crated when no one is home and at night if not house trained.

About: I have been around dogs my entire life. I have been training and showing my Aussies since I was little. I wash and groom my own dogs. I am currently training and showing my dogs in agility, rally, obedience, scentwork, and conformation. We compete in AKC (American Kennel Club), ASCA (Australian Shepherd Club of America), and UKC (United Kennel Club). Both have titles in rally obedience, obedience, barn hunt, and trick. My services could include: walks, baths (depending on breed), and basic obedience and trick training. I’m a SAHM with a two year old boy who is dog savvy and would come with me on visits and walks. He either walks on his own or is in a stroller. I have a fenced in yard and all of my dogs are crate trained (Snap doesn’t crate anymore though). I can help with crate training.

About: I have grown up with a variety of pets and since 16 years of age, I have taken care of my own pets, fosters who I have rescued, and many others. I want to be able to meet more furry friends as I find joy in seeing them thrive and be taken care of! I am experienced in: ~ Taking care of several breeds of dogs, both puppies and seniors. I have taken care of Vislas, Doodles, Labradors, Havaneses, Corgis, bully breeds, Daschunds and many mixed breeds. ~ Cats - fostering, rescuing, and owning (experience specified in the cat care section) ~ Rex Rabbit - I used to own a rex rabbit (she was gifted to someone else who could not take care of her and I took her in). I am aware of the clean up, feeding, changing of water, and moods rabbits can have. My Experienced Services: ~ Walking, brushing, efficiently scheduling stopping in for potty breaks, administering medicine, feeding, cleaning up bedding/pets personal space, and caring for multiple animals at a time ~ I love to run (but not the most skilled) especially with high energy dogs who enjoy running/hiking. ~ I am a big proprietor of communication and organization, I will send photos of your pets every day of the scheduled timeframe (unless asked not to) and will provide a short report about the service and how your furry friend did during our specified time. ~ If you have a reactive dog, I MUST know beforehand and discuss with you on what the dog is reactive to as well as my conditions in walking the dog before we book any time. Any withholding of critical information about reactivity is automatically the owner's responsibility to all liability for any damage or injury and could lead to disengagement of current and future services. I currently work remotely as an administrative assistant and am in a master's program online, so I am pretty flexible in scheduling. I will collaborate with you on what would work best for both parties on all drop ins, house sits, or walking appointments. I do not offer services in my own home as I am leasing, however, all services provided for your pet and home are approached with care and safety in mind. ~ There is too high of a risk to bring dogs into a dog park/ socialize with other dogs, unless the owner specifies dogs that are on the "safe" list so I usually skip this. ~ All food, treats, and toys are under the owners guidance/ approval to give (no new/ unapproved items will be given). ~ I do request if the owner has a specific emergency vet or emergency contact, in case something happens and I have to take your furry friend to be checked on. ~ I lock up every time I leave the house and I am happy to use a security system if the owner requests.
