About: Hi! I’m Haley, and I’ve had a love for dogs for as long as I can remember. I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 12 years old, and for the past 2 years I’ve had the privilege of working as a professional dog groomer. Every day, I get to build trust with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities—from playful puppies to sweet seniors and even nervous or anxious pups. Being a groomer has taught me so much about canine behavior, patience, and creating a calm, positive environment where every dog feels safe and loved. I know that every pet is unique, and I take the time to earn their trust while making sure they’re happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I understand that leaving your furry family member with someone else can be difficult. That’s why I promise to care for your pet the same way I would my own—with kindness, patience, lots of love, and plenty of belly rubs, playtime, and cuddles. Whether we’re going for a walk, playing fetch, or simply relaxing together, my goal is to make sure your pet feels right at home until you’re back. Because I work independently, I’m able to accommodate morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend visits whenever possible. Whether your pet needs a quick potty break, a long walk, or extra love and companionship while you’re away, I’ll do my best to work around your schedule and provide dependable, consistent care. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness will always come first. Since I provide care in your home, I do everything I can to keep your pet’s routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I’ll carefully follow your feeding schedule, walking routine, medication instructions, and any special requests to make sure your pet feels safe and loved while you’re away. As a professional dog groomer, I’m experienced with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. I understand canine body language and know how to safely handle nervous, energetic, shy, or senior dogs with patience and kindness. About: I've had dogs ever since I was 10, but my experience with them goes far beyond that. When I was a little kid, before I ever had a dog, I would go to this read with a dog program called "Paws to Read." I would spend countless hours reading to the dogs and befriending them, along with a cat or two here and there. When I was 10, I got my first dog, a husky, and gave him a wonderful life. He had quite a few medical issues and behaved older for his age because of it, so I know how to provide senior pet care. He has since passed, but my two current dogs, one pitbull and one pitsky, remind me every day how important pets are to me. I've had them both for eight years now, during which we've taken numerous car rides, walks, enjoyed outside and inside playtime, movie nights, and anything a dog could dream of. Now, while I've never had a cat because of the majority of my family being allergic, I never turn away from a cat. I'm a regular at the Gem City Catfe, where I play with the cats often and have gone so often that they are comfortable with me. I keep cat and dog treats on me in case I come across a stray, because all cats and dogs deserve to feel some love. I've also dog-sat and house-sat for a few friends before, so I know how to handle situations like pets not getting along, bathroom accidents, and being a bit of a picky eater. Currently, I am a full time student and work full time at UDRI (UD's Research Institute) from 8:30am - 3:30am. During the summer I won't be taking any in person classes, just two online. But when I return to UD for my final year, I will be taking classes again and may be slightly more limited. When it comes to my pets and caring for clients pets, the comfort of the pet is most important to me. Personally, my two dogs don't get along with each other very well, so they typically have to be separated. Even so, I always make sure to treat them both equally and give them lots of love! If I take one for a car ride and ice cream, I bring ice cream back for the other and take the other for a car ride later that week. If my client has dogs similar to mine, who need to be separated, I would be sure to treat them equally and split my time with them according to my client's requests. Given single-pet households, I'd spend a lot of my time with them! In my downtime, I'd make sure to sit with them while I work on coursework. I'd be sure to take them on walks and go for potty breaks. And of course I'd make sure we get a lot of play time in and lots of love!

About: I've been an animal lover my whole life and have grown up around both cats a dogs. I have hands-on experience caring for senior dogs. My dog, Phoebe, was diagnosed with lymphoma in October of 2025, and I helped care for her by giving her medication, bathing her, taking her on multiple walks each day, and making sure she was as comfortable as possible. She passed away in May, and I miss our daily walks and spending time with her. That experience taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of paying close attention to a pet's individual needs. I currently have three cats and regularly care for all of them. I'm comfortable bathing cats, trimming their nails, and recognizing when they need extra attention or a little space. When I was nine years old, my family adopted a kitten that had been abandoned by its mother, and I helped bottle feed and care for him, giving me experience with very young kittens as well. This summer, I have a very flexible schedule and am available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the day. Caring for pets is something I truly enjoy, so I'm happy to work around your pet's routine, whether they need early morning walks, midday check-ins, evening visits, or multiple visits throughout the day. In the fall, I'll only have two in-person college classes, which will still leave me with plenty of flexibility to provide dependable care. I'll always make sure your pet gets the time, attention, exercise, and companionship they deserve, and I'll do my best to accommodate your scheduling needs Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I know that every pet has their own routine and personality, so I will take the time to follow your instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, favorite toys, and any special care they may need.

About: I have a huge passion for animals of all types. I will be attentive to your dog's individual needs from dietary to exercise. If there is a specific diet program please leave detailed instructions or provide a demonstration upon meeting. I have owned and taken care of many dogs in the last 12 yrs including staying overnight with a puppy under 6mos and dog sitting 2 great danes. I enjoy playing with dogs, taking them on walks, being there for cuddles, or simply providing comfort for their anxiety. Every dog is an individual so I will tailor a plan for your dog accordingly. I have a variety of availability and am prompt to alert to changes. I am great at training and maintaining training routines. I'm currently working a flexible semi remote job. Depending on the needs of the dog(s) I can adjust certain times of my week to accommodate special cases. I can care for pets at your home. My beagle girl is skittish around other dogs and trained with an e fence perimeter. I have dog sat and house sat for friends, family, and unrelated new acquaintances. I have a safe and nurturing spirit combined with a strong enough presence that dogs respect without my need to raise my voice.
