About: I've had dogs ever since I was 10, but my experience with them goes far beyond that. When I was a little kid, before I ever had a dog, I would go to this read with a dog program called "Paws to Read." I would spend countless hours reading to the dogs and befriending them, along with a cat or two here and there. When I was 10, I got my first dog, a husky, and gave him a wonderful life. He had quite a few medical issues and behaved older for his age because of it, so I know how to provide senior pet care. He has since passed, but my two current dogs, one pitbull and one pitsky, remind me every day how important pets are to me. I've had them both for eight years now, during which we've taken numerous car rides, walks, enjoyed outside and inside playtime, movie nights, and anything a dog could dream of. Now, while I've never had a cat because of the majority of my family being allergic, I never turn away from a cat. I'm a regular at the Gem City Catfe, where I play with the cats often and have gone so often that they are comfortable with me. I keep cat and dog treats on me in case I come across a stray, because all cats and dogs deserve to feel some love. I've also dog-sat and house-sat for a few friends before, so I know how to handle situations like pets not getting along, bathroom accidents, and being a bit of a picky eater. Currently, I am a full time student and work full time at UDRI (UD's Research Institute) from 8:30am - 3:30am. During the summer I won't be taking any in person classes, just two online. But when I return to UD for my final year, I will be taking classes again and may be slightly more limited. When it comes to my pets and caring for clients pets, the comfort of the pet is most important to me. Personally, my two dogs don't get along with each other very well, so they typically have to be separated. Even so, I always make sure to treat them both equally and give them lots of love! If I take one for a car ride and ice cream, I bring ice cream back for the other and take the other for a car ride later that week. If my client has dogs similar to mine, who need to be separated, I would be sure to treat them equally and split my time with them according to my client's requests. Given single-pet households, I'd spend a lot of my time with them! In my downtime, I'd make sure to sit with them while I work on coursework. I'd be sure to take them on walks and go for potty breaks. And of course I'd make sure we get a lot of play time in and lots of love!

About: I have been pet sitting since I was 10 years old! I absolutely love animals, especially dogs and have grown up in a dog household (my family currently has three dogs of our own-a lab/aussie mutt, a mini-aussie, and a doodle). I have experience caring for puppies, as well as basic training. Additionally I have experience caring for senior animals as well as dogs with special dietary requirements. Caring for dogs is a true passion of mine. I look forward to helping you with your doggy needs. I am currently training to be a professional dancer at Cincinnati Ballet's Otto M. Budig Academy. Since all my dance training is late in the evening and I have a very flexible work schedule I am fully available from 8:30 until 3:45 to pop in and play with and care for your beloved pets! My parents have always been adamant that animal-care comes before all other duties, so ever since I bought my own puppy (ironically with money I made pet-sitting) at 13 I have made caring for her the first thing on my morning schedule. Additionally I always make sure to give my dog specifically but also the other two dogs my family owns, plenty of exercise and enrichment through walks and playtime. I also make it a point to brush my dog every day since her hair frequently knots otherwise. All these habits are reflected in my care for my client's pets, if not magnified by my sense of duty to ensure the safety and well-being of the pet I have been entrusted to care for.

About: I grew up with multiple animals: dog, cats, and birds. Any pets I interact with will be treated like they are my own. I currently have 2 cats and 2 dogs. I work full time but I’m working remote frequently and have a lot of flexibility that would allow me to be at your disposal when you need it most. I know how important is to keep a routine. I live by my calendar and keep a regular schedule that is easy to work around. I am used to walking both of my animals at the same time (80 lb lab and a 35 lb hound mix).

About: I started in the pet industry in 1999. I managed for Jacks Aquarium & Pets for 10 years. I was the livestock manager at Feeders Supply Fairborn. I also train Horses professionally and have been a member of the local dog obedience club. In addition to extensive training experience, I have a lot of medical experience and have no problem taking care of special needs animals. Also happy to sit for livestock and exotics. I train Horses full-time so my schedule is extremely flexible because I can book on days that are free. Whatever your pet needs I can accommodate. I provide safe positive compassionate handling. About: I’ve loved and cared for animals since I was a child. We have chickens/ducks, cats and dogs currently but have also had rabbits if you’re looking for someone with experience outside the norm. I can administer oral medications if necessary. I currently homeschool my two children so we’re home most of the day and evenings so adding in a pet is no problem at all. I have a fully fenced back yard and two dogs to keep yours company. I also have an extra large crate if requested to make your dog feel more comfortable.

About: I’m an animal lover of all kinds! I have 5 cats, some are special needs, and I grew up with golden retrievers. I’m eager to provide excellent care to your pets! Although life with kids is busy, I take pride in taking great care of your pet! I work until about 2oclock each day leaving the rest of the day free, and I’m usually available throughout the day on the weekends. I have kids that can play and help keep your pet company, as well as a nice, fenced in yard. I do have pets myself (cats) and will keep them separated from your pet if needed.

About: My husband & I and our 7 children live in a home in north Centerville. We have a large backyard that is fully enclosed with a 6’ wood privacy fence. We have a great neighborhood for walks and socialization and we also have several, more secluded walking trails nearby for a tranquil relaxed stroll. Our children range from ages 3-14 and have all been around dogs since birth and are excellent caretakers as well. We have 2 family pets, a 6 year old female Lhasa Apso and a 4 year old male Shih tzu. Neither uses a crate and we don’t require any crating. Our goal is to make sure your dog enjoys their stay away from home and is as comfortable as possible. We can maintain any schedules you have established and will make sure your dog gets extra love during your time apart. Regardless if your dog has energy for days or is older and prefers to snooze on a comfy blanket - our home can accommodate both types of dog. I am a stay-at-home mom so I am almost always home and I have the flexibility to accommodate various schedules and routines. With a large household it’s extremely rare that everyone is gone at the same time. Also, my mom lives next door and is retired so she’s able to stop by as well. Once your pets stay begins, we attach a custom ID tag to their collar that includes our contact information as an added safety measure. We have a fenced yard and 2 guaranteed companions for your pet to enjoy during their stay with us. Plus there’s always someone around to give them some extra love while you’re apart. We can easily crate your pet if preferred, as well. We’re happy to accommodate specific requests to ensure that your pets have the best care and experience possible.

About: I grew up around dogs and I have experience in pet sitting for family and friends. I also have experience in training puppies and senior care. I am currently working part-time and I set my own schedule. I will have plenty of time to spend with your pet! I also love being outdoors and hiking with dogs I have a fenced yard with an indoor and outdoor security system. I prioritize safety and security. I also have an all season room I have used for temporary housing (strays and fosters).
