About: As a cat owner and foster mom, my passion, love, and understanding of our feline friends has grown immensely. I currently own a 13-year-old cat and foster two 5-week-old kittens (growing by the minute)! I’ve also house-sat cats with ages ranging in between. About: I have spent a lifetime caring for my own pets as well as rescuing animals. I think pets are an extremely important part of my livelihood and good mental health so I understand that your pet is an integral part of your family as well. I also understand that I am a guest in your pets home and will treat your home with the utmost respect and privacy. I am a mom, a wife and an Air Force veteran and I understand that schedules change due to work, family needs, and sickness. Being a stay at home mom with school age children allows me to be flexible and reliable. I also received my OH-EMT Intermediate medic training at WPAFB while serving in the military. I am very comfortable administering medications and any treatments. As of 2023 I also obtained my Instructor Animal CPR and First Aide Instructor Certification. About: I've owned dogs all of my life and can provide excellent care of your dogs. They will get plenty of love and play time as well. I currently work from home and will be able to give your dogs plenty of attention. They will fit right in with us in our home. My dog is allowed to go outside on the leash because he is old and does not go very far anymore, but I can keep your pets on a leash while in my care. I can also crate your dog.

About: My wife and I have been taking care of our dog and foster dogs for the past 6 years. We've taken care of dogs ranging in size of French bulldogs to Siberian huskies. We have experience with high maintenance dogs and giving medications as well. My wife and I currently work from home and have plenty of time to play and take care of your pups. During the week boarding availability is best in the evening after 5 but accommodations can be made if needed. Weekends are 100% free and open. About: I’ve always been exceptionally empathetic towards animals, and I’d like your pets to feel as if they’re on vacation when they’re with me. When I first started rover, an owner saw how well I cared for their dogs, and they became like my second family during college. I still visit after moving away. Currently, my husband and I have two small dogs but I love dogs and cats of all sizes. I have experience with caring for older dogs as well as very young puppies. I am familiar with pad training and kennel training as well. I would love to take care of your pets and am more than willing to accommodate their needs! I stay at home full time with my 6 month old. About: I have always had pets my whole life, cats and dogs especially, I know they have odd habits and require certain things to make them as comfortable and cared for. I also volunteer at 4 Paws which is a volunteering place to play and take care of dogs that are being prepared to help kids with disabilities. My dog that passed away in March only had one eye so I also know how to take care of animals that have a little bit more trouble. I currently have a part-time job, so this will allow me to spend plenty of time with your pup! I also only work from 3-5 hours per day and do not work everyday, making it perfect to help out and take care of you dog! I just got a 6 month old puppy, I am leash, crate, and manner training her. I am comfortable following instructions from the pets owner on how they want me to care for their dog.

My husband and I trained Attie with positive reinforcement to ensure her obedience without taking away from her fun-loving spirit. Mornings and early afternoons work best for me, but I am flexible! I always make sure my pets feel loved and cared for. My parents travel a lot and rely on me to be with the dogs 24/7 which I gladly do. I make sure to take them on walks (long enough that their little legs can handle). I’ve realized that a lot more dogs than expected have separation anxiety, so I always try to be as present as possible for them! The same applies for cats. I understand cats can vary when it comes to personality and temperament, and that has helped me understand the best approaches for them and how to interact in a way that is respectful to them.

About: I have a Jack Russell Terrier named Snoopy who loves long walks in the park and plenty of attention. I also have experience caring for Siberian Husky and a Shiba mix. About: I've had dogs ever since I was 10, but my experience with them goes far beyond that. When I was a little kid, before I ever had a dog, I would go to this read with a dog program called "Paws to Read." I would spend countless hours reading to the dogs and befriending them, along with a cat or two here and there. When I was 10, I got my first dog, a husky, and gave him a wonderful life. He had quite a few medical issues and behaved older for his age because of it, so I know how to provide senior pet care. He has since passed, but my two current dogs, one pitbull and one pitsky, remind me every day how important pets are to me. I've had them both for eight years now, during which we've taken numerous car rides, walks, enjoyed outside and inside playtime, movie nights, and anything a dog could dream of. Now, while I've never had a cat because of the majority of my family being allergic, I never turn away from a cat. I'm a regular at the Gem City Catfe, where I play with the cats often and have gone so often that they are comfortable with me. I keep cat and dog treats on me in case I come across a stray, because all cats and dogs deserve to feel some love. I've also dog-sat and house-sat for a few friends before, so I know how to handle situations like pets not getting along, bathroom accidents, and being a bit of a picky eater. Currently, I am a full time student and work full time at UDRI (UD's Research Institute) from 8:30am - 3:30am. During the summer I won't be taking any in person classes, just two online. But when I return to UD for my final year, I will be taking classes again and may be slightly more limited. When it comes to my pets and caring for clients pets, the comfort of the pet is most important to me. Personally, my two dogs don't get along with each other very well, so they typically have to be separated. Even so, I always make sure to treat them both equally and give them lots of love! If I take one for a car ride and ice cream, I bring ice cream back for the other and take the other for a car ride later that week. If my client has dogs similar to mine, who need to be separated, I would be sure to treat them equally and split my time with them according to my client's requests. Given single-pet households, I'd spend a lot of my time with them! In my downtime, I'd make sure to sit with them while I work on coursework. I'd be sure to take them on walks and go for potty breaks. And of course I'd make sure we get a lot of play time in and lots of love!
About: I have hands-on experience caring for multiple dogs at once while ensuring each pet receives the individual attention they deserve. I am comfortable administering medications and following specific care instructions, helping pets stay healthy and comfortable in their normal routines.
