About: I have a two year old pitty-mix and am experienced in puppy training and care! I’ve had dogs my whole life but also had a leopard gecko for over a decade and lived with a cat in the past! I’m open to all and would love to hang with your furry (or scaly) little one. I’m a recent grad looking for full time employment and I have all the time in the world until the fall to care for your pet! I likely won’t be able to keep your pet in my home as I have a full family with a dog of my own but I’m open to it on a case-by-case basis. I have a fenced in yard. However I’m happy to accommodate your pets needs in your home however is best!

“Patricia was wonderful from the very first contact! She was willing to help us with everything, and we had a peaceful trip thanks to the way she cared for our dog, Milo. we were able to relax knowing he was in good hands. Patricia is definitely a kind and lovely person, and our dog loved being around her. His anxiety was much better, and we felt much more at ease.”

“Kayla watched our middle-aged doggo for the weekend. She was easy to work with and communicative and the house looked great when we got back. I’d hire her again.”

“Jeffrey takes great care of our pup, Tia. We used him for visits and walks prior to our most recent week vacation. We recently went away for a week and Jeffrey stayed at our home. He followed any/all directions we had left for our dog and kept us in the loop daily when we checked in. We trust him to stay in our home and take great care of our dog. Our dog is typically anxious and when we got home from our trip, we saw that Tia ate very well while we were gone which is sometimes a struggle when we leave her. We were very happy with her care. We look forward to continuing to use Jeffrey for future trips and daily walks.”

“Jolene took such good care of our dogs! We were able to enjoy being away at a family celebration without worry because we knew the dogs were in good hands. She brushed them thoroughly -- and even vacumed up the fur! Highly recommend her.”

About: Hi! I’m Sarah — a lifelong animal lover currently based in Fairfield County, CT. I currently work remotely, which means my schedule is super flexible — I’m available when you need me, whether it’s for daily walks, weekend stays, or last-minute drop-ins. I’ve been caring for animals my entire life — dogs, cats, horses, goats… you name it. Today, I share my home with two dogs and one very confident cat (who’s pretty sure she’s a dog too). Over the years, I’ve cared for a wide range of breeds — from Border Collies, Shepards, Labs and Pit Bulls to Bulldogs, Hounds, and Chow Chows — each with their own personality, preferences, and needs. I’m comfortable supporting pets with special diets, health conditions, mobility challenges, and unique temperaments. Some highlights of my experience: • Multi-pet household care • Senior & special needs animal support • Emotional Support Animal (ESA) training experience • Familiar with natural remedies & holistic approaches • Maker of custom, all-natural dog treats • Professional pet photographer — your furry friend will get plenty of cute candids! Whether your pet needs a cozy companion while you’re away or an active buddy for long walks and playtime, I’ll show up with kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care. I treat every animal as if they’re my own — because I know how important it is to feel peace of mind when someone else is looking after your beloved companion. I’d love to meet you and your pet(s) — let’s chat and see if it’s a good fit! — Sarah 🐾 Pet care is already a natural part of my everyday life! I work remotely with a flexible schedule, so I’m home often and can easily build my day around the pets I’m caring for. Whether it's morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening routines, I love creating a rhythm that matches each pet’s needs. Since I already care for my own dogs and cat daily, adding extra walks, snuggles, or playtime for clients’ pets feels like second nature — and always a joy! In a client’s home, I strive to maintain the routines and environment your pet is most comfortable with — whether that means sticking to preferred walking paths, specific mealtime rituals, or favorite nap spots. I follow feeding routines, administer medication or supplements if needed, and make sure each pet receives individual attention and care. I’m mindful, clean, respectful of your space, and always leave things as I found them (if not better!).

About: I am an animal lover of all kinds and especially dogs! I have been taking care of my own dogs, neighbors dogs and friends dogs and cats since I was a young child. Some kids had a lemonade stand, I was a pet sitter! I never pass up a chance to throw a ball or say hi give some love to any passing pup! I bathe and groom my own dog always and am happy to take care of your four legged family member in anyway I can! We work most days from 10-7 with an hour for lunch so I would be able walk, feed in play in the morning and night and come check in at lunch. We are flexible to the needs of your pet. For walks we are fine to walk any size dog and will make sure to have treats on hand for any training exercises you are working or any other specifics needed.

“Hugo gave our Sophie lots of attention and made sure she got outside even when she didn’t want to :)”

“Kira was absolutely amazing! She took the best care of my pup Jameson and left the house exactly how we left it! She even brought him some treats and sent us updates it was our first time leaving him without family & we couldn’t have had a better experience. She kept us updated on him the entire time & cared for him just as much as we do! We will definitely be booking again for our future trips!”

About: I have had pets; mainly dogs my whole life. It’s so important to give them attention, play with them and to walk them on a consistent basis for them to be happy. I have done this for numerous people over the past 5 years I currently am looking to care for dogs and to walk dogs to supplement my income. I am very ambitious and love being outdoors walking my own dogs; it’s vital for them to get that exercise daily! I have two high energy dogs that are very friendly and playful; they would love to share their happiness and walks with other dogs! I have administered medications and often gives bathes after walks- especially after they roll in something on the walk or run thru mud.

About: I have grown up with dogs, mainly big dogs, but I have also cared for small dogs as well. My first dog I’ve ever had quite literally taught me how to walk. I care for two dogs At my home already and Have lots of experience with all kinds of dogs, including dealing with certain health issues and needing medication’s, your dogs will be safe happy and healthy with me!! :) I currently work part time so I have plenty of time to take care of your pets and make sure they are well fed happy, and have the most amount of attention they could possibly have. At my house with my own dogs, we have an electric fence, but I have also done multiple walks throughout the day and have used leeds I’ve potty trained two of my dogs and am familiar with the crating process as well if that is apart of their routine!

About: Hi, my name is Marley, I am currently home in CT from studying my undergraduate degree at Oregon State University where I am about to start my final year come the Fall. Since I was 10 years old, I have volunteered at local dog and cat shelters whenever I have a couple open hours within the day: CPR (Companion Pet Rescue, Southbury CT), Heartland Humane Society (Corvallis OR), and Safe Haven Humane Society (Tangent OR). I have been dog sitting and cat sitting for local families for over 5 years just to help out and absolutely love it. I am always responsible of a pet’s health and prioritize them always. I currently have a part-time job where I do not work longer than 3-4 hours in a day (I only work about 2 days a week), so I have a wide open schedule and will prioritize visiting, hanging out, and caring for your animal before anything else :) I think that one of the most important jobs as a pet sitter is making sure nothing is rushed, which is why I spend as much time as needed with the animals I watch. I think it is crucial to make sure the animals are happy and healthy both when I arrive and when I leave. I love to take dogs on long walks, play with them outside, and give them the care they need (from feeding to outside time). As for cats, I think they deserve the same amount of attention and I will never pass up the opportunity to give a cat some pets!

About: As an avid dog lover with over 6 years of hands-on experience, I bring a deep passion and understanding of canine care that sets me apart as a superior dog sitter. From daily walks to personalized playtime and attentive feeding, I prioritize the well-being and happiness of each furry client. I am currently very flexible during the summer months, as I work in a school. I’m available to stay at the house, most of the day or even pop in for a walk. I don’t provide in home pet sitting in my own home, but I am available to stay at the clients home for dog sitting or cat sitting.

“Jamie was a lifesaver for me! With very little notice due to a family emergency, Jamie committed to house sitting my cat and dog for several days. She is very conscientious, reliable, dedicated and responsible. I will definitely use Jamie again. I highly recommend her,”

“We were very fortunate to find Julie at the last minute to stay overnight with our pup. This was the first time in the two years we have had him that we found ourselves without a close friend or family member to care for him while we were away. Julie was quick to respond to our request and even made the time to stop by and meet us prior to us leaving. While we were away, she provided updates and pictures which definitely help put our minds at ease. When we arrived home it was evident that Finn was well taken care of. Not one sign of any anxious behaviors and when we arrived home he was of course happy to see us but was also very calm and relaxed which to me is a sign that he was not stressed or nervous while we were away. We will most definitely be using Julie again!!!”

“Sarah watched my two dogs and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. One of my pitties can be a little anxious and the other has to be watched like a hawk when he's outside, but she handled both of them with so much patience and care. “I have had Amanda walk my dogs for many years. They just love seeing her pull in the driveway. She takes them for long walks, by rivers where they can swim when it's warm outside so they can swim. When they get muddy or roll in something and get stinky or dirty she gives them a bath after returning them. Which I love. They smell clean and are fresh”

August G.
“August is a kind and considerate person. She is always on time. The dogs love her, and I would recommend her to anyone needing a dog walker or sitter.”
