About: We live (husband- no children) in a lovely quiet neighborhood on a lake in a home we own with land. I am recently retired. We love animals and have had cats and dogs most of our lives. I am also a bird lover , having cared for an Umbrella Cockatoo for 23 years. We will love and care for your pet like they were our own. We are warm and loving and come from big Italian and Irish families. We recently lost our German Shepard- Sammy who was 14. We love taking walks around the lake and on the Putnam Trail which is nearby. I am retired and generally wake early. I walk daily and enjoy gardening on my property. Cooking is a passion and I love spending time making new recipes Pets run freely in our home except on beds and couches. We have a very large deck for your pet to enjoy as well .
About: I have worked with all kinds of pets in familial, friendly, and professional environments for years, and want to continue to serve. I have experience with pets of all ages, sizes, and energy levels. I have a fairly open schedule and am flexible when it comes to pet care needs. I am currently available both during the day and at night. Although my own house is unavailable for boarding, I am attentive and respectful of any rules and instructions given for pet care in a clients home.

Amazing experience. I highly recommend Claire as a dog sitter. She watched my dog for 4 days and came three times a day. Always on time, very caring, and gave my dog insulin medication as instructed. Claire cleaned up after my dog, communicated clearly, and sent pictures every day, which I really appreciated. I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in great hands.
