About: I have taken care of cats/dogs throughout my entire life. Between families, neighbors, and friends, I've always had a positive, happy experience with animals and great feedback! I've worked as a dog walker for 9 months now and loved every minute of it! Currently I am free Monday-Sunday, any hours! I am committed to getting at least an hour of outside time every day, which works out great for the pups! My puppy is fenced in and I can easily put him in his crate without worries. I am good with leash control, when needed for walks.

“Claire was *fantastic*! She took incredible care of our menagerie for five nights/6 days: three mid size dogs (50-60lb); two older, each on a number of medications, and a very spunky 5yo. We also have three cats including a frail 15 yo; and 9 hens. We live in an old farmhouse that is in various stages of renovation - for sure, not the easiest for house sitting. Thankfully Claire was undaunted by the challenge. During our time away, she was terrific providing updates and was super quick with replies when I had the additional need to check in- super reassuring, especially give that this was our first time with Rover, and having a combined housesitter/animal sitter at this house. We returned home to a very content crew - the truest sign of being well cared for in our absence, and the house in perfect order- seemingly better than we left it. About: I’ve had a lifelong love for animals and experience caring for pets of all kinds. I previously worked at a veterinary office, have house sat for friends and family, and volunteer at my local shelter in my free time. About: I am a mom to three human children, six dogs, two cats, and three horses. When my kids were younger, my "me time" was spent volunteering for various rescues and shelters. I love taking care of animals and found so much satisfaction helping out those poor little creatures who had no home to call their own! About: I've grew up with dogs and have been responsible for taking care of them, including feeding, walking/running & playing/taking outside, bathing, and more. I have experience giving older dogs medicine, both orally and injections (especially insulin for diabetic dogs). One of my dogs developed hip dysplasia and cancer at her older age, so I am experienced with caring for senior dogs in need of extra attention. Additionally, I often pet sit for family and friends and am trusted to ensure not only their basic needs are met (clean water, food, bathroom breaks/walks), but also they receive attention and affection while their owners are away. I'm currently home for the summer as a college student and I'm unable to get a job with a set schedule because I have surgery coming up which takes a huge chunk out of my summer but I'm available for the entirety of June and first week of July. I can basically be free whenever needed, weekdays and weekends! Since I have cats at my house, I don't care for client's pets in my own home to minimize conflict. In clients homes I follow whatever rules laid out for their animals, ensuring they're fed at the proper intervals, always have clean water (and litter boxes if used). If applicable, I like to go outside with the pets to play with them and make sure they get needed stimulation. I take them on walks (and of course clean up after them), and runs when applicable. I also like to make sure the animals get lots affection (as long as approved by their owners) to make sure they're not lonely while away!
