About: Hello! My name is Nita, and I’m a lifelong animal lover who would be delighted to care for your pets as if they were my own. Over the years, I’ve had experience caring for dogs, cats, birds, fish, guinea pigs, and even mice. Our beloved Border Collie, Jasmine, was part of our family for 12 wonderful years, and she gave us countless happy memories. I also regularly cared for my grand dog a sweet Lab mix, Benny. I currently share my home with our spirited lovebird, Gourdon Loveblossom, who is 3½ years old. We even had a goldfish named Goldie who recently passed away amazingly at 23 years old! I’m also a proud “grand-cat” sitter for HB and Kenny in Monroe. They especially enjoy being pushed around the neighborhood in their stroller on beautiful days. I walk a minimum of 10,000 steps every day and would truly enjoy having furry companions join me for walks and outdoor time. I am reliable and punctual, I prefer to live in the same area near my clients. I like to keep my pet care visits in a 10-ish mile radius of my home. This enables me to get to them fast without worrying about traffic, distance or delays.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for many years and have genuinely loved every one! I previously worked as a babysitter and nanny, and the family dog was often part of my responsibilities—which was always one of my favorite parts of the job. I’ve also dog sat for families while they were away on trips, and it quickly became something I really enjoyed. Dogs always seem to be excited when I arrive, and the feeling is definitely mutual—they instantly put a huge smile on my face! I grew up with a Goldendoodle who was part of my family for 13 wonderful years until a few months ago, and he truly was my absolute favorite. I work full-time as a mental health therapist, but I’m fortunate to have a flexible schedule that I can adjust around pet care. I’m able to arrange my day so I can stop by for potty breaks, walks, and quality time throughout the day. When needed, I can also adjust my work hours by going in a little later or leaving earlier so your dog isn’t spending long stretches of time alone. I love having the flexibility to make sure the dogs I care for get plenty of attention, companionship, and time with a human! I’m happy to care for pets in their own home. I would make sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and well cared for while I am with them. I’m a very clean and tidy person, so I’ll always clean up after both your dog and myself and be respectful of your home and routine. I’ll follow any feeding, walking, potty, medication, or other care instructions you provide and make sure your dog gets plenty of exercise and attention. And fair warning—they may get a little tooooo much love and attention from me! I love spending time with dogs and want them to feel happy, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away.
