He passed away in July 2025 from complications related to megaesophagus, but for a year and a half before that, I helped manage his condition after we were initially told he only had 30 days to live. That experience taught me so much about patience, consistency, and providing attentive, specialized care. Because of these experiences, I’m especially comfortable with dogs who may need extra patience, have medical needs, or experience anxiety. I work full-time during the week, but I’m always available for morning and evening visits, including feeding, walks, playtime, and general care. I’m off every other weekend, as well as some Mondays and Fridays, which gives me extra flexibility for longer visits or overnight stays. I’m also happy to accommodate overnight care when needed, so your pet can stick to their normal routine and feel comfortable while you’re away. I’m reliable, communicative, and will make sure your pet gets consistent care and attention. In a client’s home, I aim to keep things as consistent as possible—following feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions you provide. About: I have been called Dr. Dolittle my entire life. I have a knack for connecting with animals of all kinds. My very first job was working at a local farm with all different types of animals like horses, goats, pigs, chickens, ducks, etc. It was one of my favorite jobs, I got lucky! I always give animals the space to have their specific personality and the respect they deserve, as I would treat a human. Animals are often misunderstood, I’ve always tried to meet them where they stand. If there is one thing I am confident in, it’s making an animal feel safe and comfortable.
