“Julie is excellent and very responsive! She helped me out with my two cats at the very last minute on a 3 day trip. She is great with animals and you won’t regret using her!”

“I cannot recommend Brian enough! He was so wonderful with my young, extremely sociable and attention-oriented cat and went above and beyond to make sure my cat and turtle were happy. The photos were excellent and provided peace of mind throughout my time away. I was very nervous to leave my fur and shell babies, but they did very well under Brian's care.”

“This was our first time having Alexandra petsit. We were nervous about leaving since one of our cats had a health issue right before our trip. She was wonderful and our cats warmed up to her immediately. They are normally shy with new people but not her! We appreciated the detailed updates (she paid special attention to any signs of illness in our sick kitty), pictures, and videos. We came home to 2 happy cats and will definitely use her again!”

“Sarah was great! I had a last minute cancellation from a friend who was going to watch my cats, and she was super accommodating and willing to come by. Even with the last minute booking, she was able to come over to meet the cats prior. She was super attentive to my cats and I’m grateful!”

“We’ve had Astrid cat sit for us 4 times now and she is THE BEST!! She is so sweet and accommodating, trust worthy, and you can tell she really loves and adores our animals. She also sends the cutest pictures. If you are wondering whether or not to book her, DO IT!! She is so wonderful. Thanks Astrid :)”

“Very good with communication, was on time, and even got my Mocha to play and gave her lots of cuddles and love! Absolutely adore Pond. I look forward to Mocha having future visits with him! 5 🌟”

“I’m so grateful for the care and attention Nani gave to my pup while I was away. She was incredibly accommodating with my schedule changes and made the whole process easy and stress-free. My dog absolutely loved his time with her, especially the walks, belly rubs, and of course, his chicken treats! It’s such a relief knowing he was in good hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again!”

“Grace responded quickly to my request and was patient with me while I had a crazy day when my normal sitters were not available! She followed all the instructions perfectly after a quick phone call and I could tell my kitty was happy with how quiet he was when I got home! Truly appreciative of sitters like Grace who can make themselves available in times like this and would definitely use her again! Dusty would be happy to see you :)”

“I've only have one day, two drop-by visits to review. Let's start with the beginning, then: The entire communication process -- from messaging and Meet and Greet to after-appointment follow-up -- with Sharon was successful and satisfying. Sharon responded quickly to messages, and we scheduled a meet and greet the night after our initial contact. Sharon was prompt and pleasant and prepared to learn. She took notes on both of my dogs' (two 20 pound pug/beagle mixes, aged eight and six) entire daily routines even though she was only stopping by in the afternoon and evening (and thus did not necessarily need to know much about their mornings and breakfast). Additionally, she did not shy away from asking questions to ensure clarity and comfort for everyone involved. Sharon sent pictures and gave brief updates for both visits. In sum, Sharon performed every task -- including giving two doses of pills orally -- easily and expertly. I very much hope to work with Sharon again as my pet care needs dictate.”

About: In all my life, I've never lived long in a place without some type of pet. Dogs especially, I care for the excitable and shy pups of all kinds! All dogs, no matter what breed, deserve love and attention as much as any human deserves it. Dog trainer... in training! Fun fact: I know a lot about dog breeds! I can correctly identify a small portion of dog breeds when I see a dog. I plan on learning much more with the research I do. I'm (trying) setting up for college classes, so I have a very flexible schedule with tons of time to give tons of animals tons of love!! Currently in my house we have 3 dogs and 1 cat. One of the dogs is a 3 month old puppy, the other is his mother, and the third is a dog we've had for longer that's a Chihuahua mix. The cat, as well as the Chihuahua are very wary of our newcomers, but I make sure to treat them all the same, feed them, give them love, keep an eye out for them so no animal gets harmed, and more. In the future, I plan on having a minor degree in veterinary care for animals, as well. I am uniquely dedicated to the pet grind.

About: I have taken care of friend’s pets since I was a child as a side hustle. I pay close attention to the details of you and your animal’s specific needs to provide the easiest time possible. During the school year I am a grad student at UMD and can be very flexible. During the summer I work in office full time but am free after 6:30pm and on weekend. I promise to take care of your pet as if it were my own. I aim to offer your pet the most comfortable environment as possible, and be as communicative and flexible with you as I can.

About: I believe deeply in meeting every animal where they are with patience, kindness, and understanding. Over the past few years, I’ve cared for fur human companions of all ages and personalities—from wiggly puppies learning the ropes to wise seniors who move at their own gentle pace. I adjust my care to fit each animal’s needs, whether it’s playful energy, calm companionship, or a steady, reassuring presence. I don’t rush. I don’t force. I listen—with soft steps, patient hands, and an open heart. Building trust, creating comfort, and respecting each unique spirit is at the core of everything I do. Because for me, it’s never just about walking a dog or filling a food bowl—it’s about making sure they feel safe, loved, and understood every step of the way. Caring for animals has always been a natural part of my daily rhythm. Whether it’s early morning walks, mid-day check-ins, or cozy evening visits, I genuinely enjoy making time for each fur-friend I care for. I build my schedule with intention, making sure I have plenty of time to focus fully on every visit. I believe animals deserve calm, unhurried attention—whether that means a slow stroll, a playful session, or simply sitting together and keeping them company. This isn’t something I “fit in” around other things—sharing time with animals is something I look forward to and build my days around, with a lot of heart. When visiting a client's home, my goal is to create a calm, safe, and happy experience for their furry family member. Each visit is built around the animal’s needs—whether that's a refreshing walk, playtime, a quiet sit-together session, or making sure they enjoy their meals comfortably. I follow the routines and habits they’re familiar with, from feeding schedules to favorite walking paths to cuddle time (if they want it!). I always treat a client’s home with respect and care, keeping things clean, tidy, and leaving everything as I found it. My focus is to help animals feel relaxed, loved, and secure until their favorite humans return.

About: I've cared for dogs of all ages and sizes my entire life! My partner and I love caring for puppies and getting an opprotunity to meet so many puppy personalities. We have a dog park nearby and a walking path and would be happy to give your pup lots of love and treats! We’re excited to spend more time outdoors on the weekends or afternoons with your fur dog. We are early risers and are near a walking path and backyard for easy access to walks or outdoor breaks. We have a fenced in yard and a little pup to keep yours company. We also have easy access to a dog park to keep them busy.

About: My family used to board cats and dogs regularly when I was growing up, and I worked as a dispatcher for the Humane Society while attending community college. I work part time just five minutes from my house, so it's easy to ensure that dogs need not go very long without a walk. I have a fenced yard suitable for smaller dogs and easy access to the trail around Greenbelt lake for excursions. There are no other pets here to compete for attention.

About: Grew up with a presa canario. Currently have two dachshunds :) so I can handle dogs of all sizes. Animal lover to the core :) Currently work part tine so I have some extra time on my hands some days. Available for dogsitting and walking throughout the work week :) :) I provide a loving and calming environment for your dog while you’re away. I know it’s important for dogs to stick to their normal routine.

Maria C.
“Maria is very kind, calm and capable. Our rescue dog doesn't find it easy to trust people but he LOVES Maria. Maria has a real talent for understanding dogs. I feel 100% comfortable leaving my dog with Maria. She has taught him so many new agility skills!”

Melissa & Tory M.
“Melissa has been a dog owner for over 5 years. The amount of time, energy and effort she puts into her dog when it comes to grooming, feeding, walking and even cuddles, is remarkable. She simply enjoys spending time with any dog. Melissa’s super friendly and have tons of positive energy and that shows throughout her dog daily.”

Jasmine C.
“Jasmine is great! She took great care of our dog Bellatrix LeStrange while we were out on vacation. We don't like taking Bella to the a kennel with other dogs so using a dog walker works great for us. Jasmine befriended Bella and took time to make sure she was doing well while we were out of town. Jasmine is great with dogs and we would use her again. Roger”

Simonne M.
“I have a pair of crazy little miniature dachshunds! Simonne is the greatest thing that has happened to us all! On top of our very active fur babies we have a very hectic work schedule and having someone like Simonne who is flexible and an awesome dog whisperer has made our lives much easier. Her attentiveness, energy, and caring nature are unparalleled, and we couldn't have asked for more!🫶🏼”
