About: Hello! I am a former doggy daycare and kennel pet attendant of 3 years. I also raised and trained 2 working service dogs for veterans. Comfortable with large to small breeds of all temperaments. I am a young professional working M-F till 4pm but am missing pups in my life! About: As stated, I have an 8 almost 8 year old German Shepherd myself. I’ve trained him myself to be quite obedient off leash, to listen well, and overall he’s very well behaved. I’ve grown up with dogs, cats, turtles and more so I know my way around animals. I’m currently enlisted in the United States Navy. I work at the Naval Academy typically from around 9 in the morning to about 3pm most days. I’m also married with two kids and my wife is a stay at home mom who can also look after your furry friends as well. I don’t work weekends so I’m always available during the weekends and can be flexible throughout the week as well. At my home my dog is never crated he is always out and house trained. However, when looking after your fur babies if they need to be crated I have no issue catering to your needs. I don’t have a yard but we have a massive field and live in a circle so long walks are always a must. Whatever the needs of your fur babies, I can take care of those from daily dog walking, spending and playing time with your animals, staying over night at yours/my place, and giving g medicine if needed.

“Pros: - Fed them - gave them meds - took them for potty - First time they came they stayed the fully scheduled amount of time - Willing to come to our house before scheduling so the dogs could meet them. Cons: - Only stayed between 12 and 17 minutes for three of the four drop ins - On the second night they didn’t get to our house until two hours after their scheduled time (we have security cameras in our house so we could see). I messaged them and tried calling but they never responded and the call went straight to voicemail.”

She took great care of our dogs, gave them their medicine, let them frolic in the yard, and even brought in our packages and kindly turned off our oil diffuser that we had left on in a rush so we didn’t have to come back. Leigh was very attentive with Karen! She played with her, spent time with her, wrote thorough reports on their time together, and was overall very communicative. She even left Karen a toy (which she loves, thank you!!!) Leigh went above and beyond and I would absolutely book her again.
Megan was absolutely amazing with Oreo! She was incredibly kind, reliable, and made us feel completely comfortable leaving Oreo in her care. She kept us updated throughout the stay and sent plenty of pictures, which we really appreciated. Oreo looked happy, relaxed, and right at home with her. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
