Friends often call me an animal whisperer because even shy or nervous pets tend to warm up to me quickly. I work remotely, and am very active, so I have a flexible schedule and can give your pet plenty of attention (and activity)! I work remotely and have very flexible hours, so your pet will have plenty of time, walking, snuggling, and being active. I also attend run clubs where pets are allowed, so if your fur baby is social, I’ll happily take them! I have a backyard, and live in a community with plenty areas to walk and sniff. About: I have had dogs my whole life! My golden just recently passed and I currently have a 4 year old Australian Shepherd. I would love to walk and take care of your dog. Our current dog Bodie would also love to have friends to play with! Most of my experience is with bigger dogs but I am open to smaller dogs as well. I live in a neighborhood that is dog friendly and there are plenty of dogs around for fun interaction and play time if the dog is allowed! My schedule is open and flexible. About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and grew up caring for 3 dogs, 2 cats, birds, lizards, hermit crabs, fish, and rabbits. Taking care of pets has always come naturally to me. Friends, family and clients have relied on me to feed, walk, play with, clean up after, and love their pups as if they were my own. I can administer medications, including injections, and sq fluids. I can practice obedience skills during my visits as well. I’m available for pet care visits on Wednesday & Thursday mornings as well as evenings, Friday afternoon-evening, and all day on Saturdays and Sundays. I am also available on major holidays. Mondays and Tuesdays are on a case-by-case basis. I am very safety conscious and will care for your pets as carefully as I would my own. I will follow whatever your normal household routine is so that your pets feel safe and comfortable. They thrive with routines! About: I’ve grown up with pets ranging from beta fish, dogs, guinea pigs and gerbils! I’ve watched my friend’s pets over the years as well. My cat who unfortunately passed had kidney issues so I have experience in dealing with that. I’m also a volunteer with the SPCA! “We started using Rover because our senior dogs just couldn't keep up with group playtime at larger boarding facilities, and it was outrageously expensive for 2 large dogs. We booked with Andy before and felt so much more comfortable using him than we ever did with boarding, especially since this was a longer trip. Andy was great and communicated with updates daily. There was some tension with our dogs and his this trip, but it seems that with Andy's patience and persistence the dogs were able to work it out. Sometimes dogs just don't get along, but Andy was able to manage everything, keeping everyone safe and warm even when it was 10 degrees outside. We 1000% recommend Andy!”

About: As stated, I have an 8 almost 8 year old German Shepherd myself. I’ve trained him myself to be quite obedient off leash, to listen well, and overall he’s very well behaved. I’ve grown up with dogs, cats, turtles and more so I know my way around animals. I’m currently enlisted in the United States Navy. I work at the Naval Academy typically from around 9 in the morning to about 3pm most days. I’m also married with two kids and my wife is a stay at home mom who can also look after your furry friends as well. I don’t work weekends so I’m always available during the weekends and can be flexible throughout the week as well. At my home my dog is never crated he is always out and house trained. However, when looking after your fur babies if they need to be crated I have no issue catering to your needs. I don’t have a yard but we have a massive field and live in a circle so long walks are always a must. Whatever the needs of your fur babies, I can take care of those from daily dog walking, spending and playing time with your animals, staying over night at yours/my place, and giving g medicine if needed.
