About: The first time I left my fur baby with a sitter, I was a nervous wreck. So I get it! I know that your dog (or cat, or bunny, or hamster - I’ve taken care of them all!) is an important member of the family, and I want to make sure they’re safe and happy, and that you know your pet is in good hands while you’re away. I’ve taken care of puppies, senior dogs, and everything in between, and have done it all - cleaned up messes, administered medication, and clipped nails. I’m self employed and work from home, so I can be with your fur baby 24/7! Needless to say, I love animals, and can’t wait to meet yours! Many pets are more comfortable being in their own home, so I offer house sitting. I make sure to take care of your home like I would my own! About: I have had dogs in my life since I was born. I work in Downtown Bend and can frequently check in! I have a proven track record of being responsible and reliable for all different types of dogs. I will be available mostly weeknights after 5pm and weekends! I work in Downtown Bend so I can stop by for potty breaks and have plenty of time to play after work! I am always sure to get the dogs energy out! My apartment has a nice dog area and I can take them on long walks as well! My own dogs are not currently living with me so there will be no other dogs present at my apartment.

About: Me: I love all dogs and I'm particularly crazy about the big doggos, the gentle giants, the floofs. Lost my sweet boy to age and cancer two years ago and dog-sit to fill my bucket with doggo love. I've had medium-to-big dogs since I was smaller than they were; I've trained and worked with dogs on and off leash, from puppy to late-senior. Dogs in my care only go off leash with owner permission, and the dog's safety is paramount. Favorite command: "Trail" - to keep my big guy from roaming too far into the woods. The environment: I work from home full-time, which means pups get lots of companionship throughout the day. If I do have to be out of the house for an appointment, my hubby also works from home and is available for potty breaks and skritches. If we head out together, I prefer pups who are comfortable in their crates for up to 4 hours but are happy to talk to owners about any particular pup needs. Dogs are allowed on couches at our house, but only if the owner says yes - we follow your rules with your dog, to reinforce your training. Adventure and Playtime: Depending on your pup's energy levels, this might include summertime hikes and woodsy walks or runs, wintertime nordic adventures, river-trail loops, or simply couch time and neighborhood sniff-walks for the senior bois and girls. There's a friendly neighborhood pack of labs who get together for coffee every Friday (their humans get to come too), and a fenced dog park just three blocks away. I work from home full-time, which means pups get lots of companionship throughout the day. Dogsitting is part of my work (and my heart), so I block time in my work calendar to take your pup adventuring each day they're here. If I do have to be out of the house for an appointment, my hubby also works from home and is available for potty breaks and skritches. If hubs and I head out together, my goal is to keep the dog safe and as stress-free as possible. For that reason, I prefer dogs who are comfortable in their crates for 4-6 hours, but can be flexible; I am happy to talk to owners about any particular pup needs. Safety first, then fun and snuggles! We follow the owner's training rules and instructions regarding on/off-leash time, couches, food, snacks, etc. With two of us working from home, your dog is well-loved and well-cared-for. We have a two-dog limit and don't take dogs from different families unless they already know each other. (Example: You and your BFF are heading to the coast together, and want your dogs have their own getaway weekend at our house!)
About: I’ve grown up with cats and dogs my whole life and absolutely love making connections with animals! I would love to support pet owners by helping out with walks, playtime, check-ins, and more. I have the most experience with small dogs and cats but have spent time with larger pets as well. I have walked dogs AND cats on leashes/harnesses and love playing with pets too! I work remote most days, so my schedule is very flexible. I would love to help with care any time of day and any day of the week. I am practiced at making sure cats stay inside (those little rascals love to try to escape through any closed door don’t they?), and am comfortable with leashing or crating dogs if needed. I am comfortable walking cats on harnesses as well!

Morgan was wonderful with our pup! She is professional, friendly, and a great communicator from start to finish. When she came over for the meet-and-greet, she asked thoughtful questions, immediately showed our dog so much kindness, and even helped redirect some of her over-the-top excitement. That gave me confidence right away. Our 1.5-year-old English Bulldog is full of energy and gets very excited when people come over. She’s not the easiest walker and can overheat quickly, so I was looking for someone who was happy to spend time playing in the yard, keeping her safe, and making sure she had fun. Morgan was exactly that. We’re so grateful for the wonderful care she gave our girl. I highly recommend Morgan and will absolutely book with her again!

Brooke was great! She was thorough, asked clarifying questions if needed, made good decisions the days i couldn’t respond immediately, and left detailed notes and pictures for each day. She has good, kind energy too. My cat doesn’t like everyone, and gets anxious in his old age. I could tell just from the photos she took of him lounging around and of his food bowl that he was much happier and less stressed than other visits with people who didn’t care about his needs and just kept him alive. I was then able to enjoy my vacation instead of just feeling worried he wasn’t being treated well. I’ll feel a lot more confident leaving town again now that I know I can reach out to Brooke again!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
