I love cats and cat sitting and I know how important quality care is! I have two cats of my own and I will treat your cats with the care and respect I expect for my own cats. Cats aren't just pets, they're family! My current cats are young and healthy, but I previously had a sick with special needs, elderly cat. I have experience giving multiple medications including tablets and liquids, subcutaneous fluids, and providing any additional care that goes along with an aging or sick cat. I adjust each visit to the cat's needs and interests. Every cat is unique and has a different personality. Some cats are shy and like to hide. For those visits, I will check to see where the cat is, make sure they are ok and then go about the visit dispensing food, refreshing water, and scooping the litter. For the remainder of the visit, I may simply sit quietly to let the cat know that they are being cared for. If the cat is social and active, I will say hello in whatever way the cat greets me. I will do the tasks of the visit (food, water, litter) and then offer playtime, pets, and cuddles. If provided, I can offer treats at the end of the visit. In addition to the routine tasks, I will clean up around the litter box if litter is scattered about and I will also clean food or water bowls. I may ask if the cat likes or is good with grooming. With permission, I can offer nail trimming or brushing as long as the cat is happy with the activity. If you have additional requests for your cat, I will happily accommodate!

I will provide the care to your cat that I expect with my own cats. I will provide you with peace of mind that your cat and house are in good hands while you are away. I am very attentive to my own cats. I am respectful, patient, organized, and have very good attention to detail. At the end of each visit, I will send photos and plenty of detail about the visit.

ellyn was amazing!!! our cat was very well taken care of when we were gone. she brushed him, hand washed his bowls, and even clipped his nails when she noticed he had a long one! her updates were fantastic and very detailed. she was very thorough and we came back to a super clean house. will definitely be booking her again! thank you so much ellyn!
Ellyn gave very thorough recaps of her visits and made sure to give lots of attention to our cats!
Ellyn watched my cats for 5 days and she was fantastic. My cats loved her - coming out to play and see her each day. Her recaps are hilarious and informative. One of my cats was on medication right before and she was very flexible as we waited to see if Olive would still be on meds while I was gone. We will be sure to use Ellyn again in the future!
Ellyn took amazing care of our cat and our home. She is respectful, kind and caring. If you hire her your pets will be well taken care of.
This is the second time that Ellyn has watched Kip while I’ve travelled and would definitely book her a third time! She’s always on time and provides excellent details regarding each visit with Kip.
We are so thankful to have found Ellyn! She is professional, great with communication, and took amazing care of our cat while we were gone. It’s very clear she truly cares about her clients and is in tune with the needs of the pets she cares for. She went above and beyond our expectations and wrote thorough Rover cards with lots of pictures everyday. We would absolutely love for Ellyn to care for our cat again in the future.

Schedule
I work full time 8ish to 5pm with flexible lunch hours. I have mornings before I go into work and hours after work to check in on your cat(s).
