About: I grew up around all types of animals on my grandparent’s 100 acre farm, and I have spent recent years taking care of two very loved pups and a big family. About: Me: I love all dogs and I'm particularly crazy about the big doggos, the gentle giants, the floofs. Lost my sweet boy to age and cancer two years ago and dog-sit to fill my bucket with doggo love. I've had medium-to-big dogs since I was smaller than they were; I've trained and worked with dogs on and off leash, from puppy to late-senior. Dogs in my care only go off leash with owner permission, and the dog's safety is paramount. Favorite command: "Trail" - to keep my big guy from roaming too far into the woods. The environment: I work from home full-time, which means pups get lots of companionship throughout the day. If I do have to be out of the house for an appointment, my hubby also works from home and is available for potty breaks and skritches. If we head out together, I prefer pups who are comfortable in their crates for up to 4 hours but are happy to talk to owners about any particular pup needs. Adventure and Playtime: Depending on your pup's energy levels, this might include summertime hikes and woodsy walks or runs, wintertime nordic adventures, river-trail loops, or simply couch time and neighborhood sniff-walks for the senior bois and girls. There's a friendly neighborhood pack of labs who get together for coffee every Friday (their humans get to come too), and a fenced dog park just three blocks away. I work from home full-time, which means pups get lots of companionship throughout the day. Dogsitting is part of my work (and my heart), so I block time in my work calendar to take your pup adventuring each day they're here. If I do have to be out of the house for an appointment, my hubby also works from home and is available for potty breaks and skritches. If hubs and I head out together, my goal is to keep the dog safe and as stress-free as possible. For that reason, I prefer dogs who are comfortable in their crates for 4-6 hours, but can be flexible; I am happy to talk to owners about any particular pup needs. Safety first, then fun and snuggles! We follow the owner's training rules and instructions regarding on/off-leash time, couches, food, snacks, etc. With two of us working from home, your dog is well-loved and well-cared-for. We have a two-dog limit and don't take dogs from different families unless they already know each other. (Example: You and your BFF are heading to the coast together, and want your dogs have their own getaway weekend at our house!)

About: I've had dogs all my life. I recently lost my 16 year old dog Juno after rescuing him when he was 4. I gave him the very best life possible and while I'm not ready to get another dog yet, I need to have dogs in my life. I am both volunteering and fostering dogs through Street Dog Hero which has been great. II'm happy to have your pup curl up next to me on the couch and also in bed. I'm also fine to administer medication. I'm basically retired so available to spend almost the whole day with your dog. I will occasionally have errands, go for a run, etc and happy to let your dog stay home alone if you're comfortable or perhaps go for a ride if convenient. I have my own home, fully fenced front and back yard. Your dog will get at least 2-3 walks per day and can be crated if that's your preference (you will need to provide the crate).

My home features a fully fenced backyard, giving dogs a secure place to run, play, sniff, and enjoy the outdoors under my supervision. In addition to backyard playtime, each day includes walks, enrichment activities, and plenty of one-on-one attention. Safety is always my top priority. Pets are never left outside unattended, I closely supervise all interactions, and I maintain a clean, pet-friendly home where they can relax and feel at ease.
About: I have owned a dog my whole life and am very comfortable with all types of dogs. I have a beautiful fenced backyard for them to play in and a safe house to take naps. I am also able to take dogs on hikes, runs, or to dog parks during the day. Let me know what works best for you and your pet and I will do my best to provide what you need. About: I have 20+ years of experience caring for dogs, including administering oral medication, walking, bathing, feeding, snuggling and ensuring their overall happiness, comfort, and well-being. Dogs are family! I also have a Furbo camera so I can peek in & give treats when I’m away. I work from home with occasional errands and activities out of the home so your friend will have lots of attention and snuggle time. I'm available for boarding throughout the week and on weekends as well as check-ins & walks with notice. I often take our dog with us for errands and would bring yours with us as well. We go to the dog park and take frequent walks. When your dog is with us, they’re family & I’d love any and all suggestions from you to keep them as comfortable as possible. I have two large courtyards and several grassy areas for potty breaks throughout the day and for shorter walks. The area is unfenced so will be sure to leash your dog, just as we do ours. I have a small friendly dog to keep yours company & a 9-year-old daughter who is super sweet & helpful. Our dog sleeps on the bed and yours would be welcome to do the same however, I'm happy to crate at night if you'd prefer. **Please note, I have an upstairs unit incase that’s an important consideration for either yours or your pup’s mobility.
