Lifelong pet lover. I have experience taking care of cats and dogs that need some TLC (medication, wounds cleaned, help getting up and down stairs, separation anxiety or just need some extra love and attention). I have experience taking care of young and senior pets and pets needing medicine. I like to send daily updates + pictures to the pet owner. When I pet sit I treat the pets like family making sure they are happy. If the pet is used to a specific routine, I make sure to follow it. If I can fit in some extra walks I try to. I love to cuddle on the sofa or in bed with cats or dogs or just sit on the floor with them : giving them belly rubs, brushing them or throwing the ball, especially when the pet may be anxious and need a little more love.

When I stay at a client 's home I make sure when they return that their pet(s) are happy and safe and their home (is clean). If requested I make sure the mail and trash/recycling are also taken care of and plants watered (bird feeders filled).

Fleur is hands down our favorite pet sitter! She gives so much care to Rigley and he always comes home in great spirits. On this last visit, he was showing her signs of pain from a pre-existing injury and Fleur gave us a clear description of his symptoms, worked with us on a vet visit, and administered new prescribed medication. She even put a heating pad on Rigley’s injury and gave him a comforter to lay on. I mean….! Fleur is our most rebooked sitter for a reason! We are so grateful to her.

Fleur was a true angel in a moment of desperation for me and my sweet cat. I found out she had oral cancer shortly before having to travel for the weekend. On the evening before, Fleur jumped in and was so willing to dote on my little girl and help with her special feeding and grooming needs. She really went above and beyond to make her comfortable and keep me informed, which was truly invaluable as I navigated the heartbreak of the situation and the unfortunate logistics of the moment. Highly recommend — she is very detail oriented and will follow your instructions plus offer her own ideas and support (she offered her own fans and cat food to try, kept her water iced during the heat, brushed my little kitty, left the house very clean, etc.). Thank you Fleur — so appreciate you!!
Fleur is always a wonderful sitter and this time was no exception! She even checked the weather to decide the best time to walk the dogs after the heat. Really appreciate her extra care.
Fleur was very attentive to my cats, asked great questions at our meet and greet, and sent lots of pictures to me while I was out of town, which was much appreciated. She obviously loves cats, and I felt great leaving them in her care.
Fleur is beyond amazing. The day my wife and I left for a four night trip we learned of a serious health concern with our beloved elderly cat, Chubbs. After speaking to the vet, we seriously considered turning around and coming home (missing a wedding) as she was in need of additional vet visits and hands on care. We called Fleur, and she went so far above and beyond any reasonable expectations, taking Chubbs to two vet visits, and administering IV fluids multiple times, and showing Chubbs and our other cat so much love in the process. Beyond this, she is an amazing communicator, giving frequent status updates, adorable pictures, and providing the most peace of mind possible in such a tough situation. If Fleur is available for your date range, stop looking and contact her ASAP for the best imaginable pet care in your absence. I can’t say enough good things about her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for our fur babies. 100/5 stars - I have never felt as comfortable leaving my pets with anyone as I do with Fleur. Schedule
I work full time but my schedule is flexible enough for me to stay overnight and be away for no more than 6 hours at a time, most days no more than 4 hours at a time. On weekends I like to stay with the pets and give them all my attention. If the owner's return is delayed, I make sure that the pet's care is not affected and work with the pet owner's schedule so that the pet is not alone.
