I'm a firm believer that our pets are happiest in their own homes, so I take extra special care to learn your routines and preferences so that you can relax during your time away knowing nothing will skip a beat. I have a car and can travel anywhere within 20 miles of Reston, VA. Can't wait to meet all my furry new friends! :) I work remotely, so I have plenty of time to play with, feed, and walk your pets all throughout the day. I'm an early bird, too, so will be up early in the morning with them to make sure they get lots of exercise and play time before my work day starts. Safety is a top priority for me. I'll have lots of questions for you about best practices for feeding/medication/walking/etc. with your animals depending on your unique location and your pets' needs.

Amber couldn’t have been a better pet sitter. I have two cats and two dogs and all of them have strong personalities. Amber went above and beyond to take good care of them, including climbing a fence to get one of my cats out of a tree. She was very communicative, and she sent lots of pictures that gave me comfort. My cats and dogs looked happy and healthy throughout my entire trip, which was nearly 2 weeks. When I came home, I found that she had left me a very nice note, and everything was as I had left it. I will definitely use Amber again.
Alice is fabulous! She was absolutely wonderful with our little morkie! She was caring, attentive, dependable and kept us updated while we were away giving us complete peace of mind. It was clear from the moment we met Alice that she genuinely loves animals and takes her responsibility very seriously. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for dog and a spotless home! She even cared for my 97 year old mother while we were gone, running errands for her and helping with meals. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Alice!! She is an angel.
Amanda has house/dog sat for our two pups for the last couple of years, and she is simply the best. Not only has she done all of the ordinary things wonderfully—being timely, taking care of all of the doggie meds, taking them for great walks, sending cute pics, keeping the place spotless, etc—but she has gone above and beyond countless times for us. Taking care of the pups on short notice and extending stays when life has thrown emergencies at us, shuttling them to the vets, and taking great care of our home, plants, and cars. You name it. And the best thing is she gives them love. We are moving, alas, and will truly miss Amanda. But if you are lucky enough to have her watch your pets and homes, you will thank me for steering her your way.
YASMEEN IS AWESOME!! Yasmeen cared for my two cats and my home for two and a half weeks while I was out of the country. I cannot say enough good things about her. At our meet and greet, she was warm and friendly and asked excellent questions. Any anxiety I had about being gone for so long disappeared after meeting Yasmeen. While I was gone, Yasmeen was proactive in sending updates, pictures and video of the cats. One had just started needing medicine with her meals, and Yasmeen handled that with ease. I could tell from the video updates that my cats felt comfortable with her - and in fact one of them shared lots of cuddles and play time. When I returned, my house was just as I left it, and the cats were happy and healthy. I'm sure they miss her! I am so grateful to Yasmeen and will definitely work with her again!
Clare did a fantastic job house sitting and watching our dog for 12 days. She kept us well informed and shared lots of pictures so we could see how he was doing every day. When the power went out for an extended period, she was on top of things and even offered to take our dog to her home until power returned. I would definately use her services again and highly recommend her as a provider.
Jessica was terrific about helping us out at the last minute with house sitting while my 99 year old mother was in the hospital, and her discharge was quite delayed. Jessica stayed with our English Setter to make sure he could snuggle with her and be taken out for walks in our fenced backyard. She sent photos and even offered to help us get my mom safely back into our home.
Erika was wonderful to all our babies in our first time leaving them with anyone other than family! She checked in multiple times a day with updates and photos, and she treated our giant lab, skittish tuxedo cat, and little tortoise with kindness and care. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again, and it’s a relief and a joy to know we can plan vacations again! She also went above and beyond to help us out by moving our cars when an unplanned paving project popped up while we were in another state. She was a joy, and I can’t say enough great things about her!
