Our dog was instantly at ease at her home and it’ was a pleasure to go away knowing our dog was in Shiva’s care. “Shi Ming / Frankie did a great job hosting my dog, Hopper. Hopper loves Jealous, Frankie’s Bernese Mountain Dog pup, who is as gentle a playmate and companion. And they have a great yard and basement to play in. Also. Frankie was able to be flexible and cared for Hopper an extra day when my return flight was unexpectedly delayed by six hours. When I need someone to care for Hopper again, I’m definitely contacting Frankie and Jealous again.”
About: We have always been around with dogs and have genuine love for them. We have a beagle mix (TOTO) and he loves running and playing with other dogs! We also have experience taking care of dogs and cats for our friends. Except for running basic errands, we will be home with your pets almost 24/7. I’m currently working fully remotely from home and my husband’s work schedule is also flexible, so we will spend a lot of time with your pups! Our day starts around 8AM and we do a 30-min walk then breakfast. We have a fenced backyard and your dogs will have free access to it. We offer playtime throughout the day as well. Around 6PM we have another walk for about 40 min and then dinner. Around 11PM we do another bathroom break before bed. 1. Daily Routine -We can feed according to your schedule and dietary instructions. -We usually do two long walks (30-45 min) per day and let our dog go out to backyard a couple times or whenever he wants to. So we will make sure your pet(s) have two (or more if needed) walks and let them have regular potty breaks in backyard throughout the day. 2. Exercise & Enrichment -Feel free to bring your own toys and we will also offer toys and play games with your pets. -Our dog loves playing with dogs too and he’s full of energy so I’m sure your pups won’t get bored! 3. Safe Environment -We have a fenced backyard to let your dogs run and explore! -We have multiple rooms so we can separate dogs if needed.

Their comms were very clear and timely, they definitely know what they are doing in terms of thinking forward about how to give your dog the best experience and to give you peace of mind while they are being boarded there. Both their home and their yard are well-tended - no hazards for dogs like wires, broken boards, etc. They were also flexible in terms of dropoff/pickup times, as well as accommodating reasonable requests for toys, treats, and food options. They also allowed a friend of mine and their dog (who recommended me to Helena and Nathan) to stop by for a short playdate. Great experience and will book again!”

Kendall took great care of our reactive pit bull mix, who’s also terrified of thunderstorms and fireworks. “Barb, The Relief Every Pet Owner Needs Over the years, I grew increasingly scared to leave my 3 cats in a stranger's care. If needed I always drove them to my parents but it became clear that the roadtrip stressed them out more than if I had just left them at home and had a stranger come by the house. As a 1st time Rover user, Barb was a perfect find! She made the whole process unbelievably breezy. She very punctual to the meet and greet she set up the same day I sent my request. I ran her through the cat's litter and feeding schedule and already felt good about her. Immediately after this meet and greet, she sent me a screenshot of the notes she took afterwards which were notes on the food/water/litter instructions we had discussed for the brief meet. This really sealed it for me; not only did Barb exhibit great memory recall but also great attention to detail which is certainly needed in pet care. I had Barb check in twice a day for my 3 cats for a total of 9 days. She is very punctual to the times discussed and an expert with sending photos of furry loved ones to ease anxieties. She also made sure I was made aware of any event that occurred immediately in the Rover Card for that very check-in time. When responding to her or asking her questions she was quick and attentive with her responses. One of my cats loves to escape and is a bit of a "queen of the house" type of cat so she gets a bit protective of "her home" and after giving Barb some tips and tricks in what we do, my cat became calmer and more accepting of Barb as more check-ins occurred. They grew closer towards the end which is a testament of Barb's personality and care qualities. My other 2 cats are shy ones so there was a worry that we wouldn't be able to confirm if they were eating or not. But eventually Barb's calm and gentle presence coaxed them out enough to be spotted for a food grab or a hydration stop every now and then. Overall, having Barb as a first time Rover sitter and first time pet sitter was a perfect match and I feel lucky to have had her watching over my pets.”
About: I have been taking care of cats for 6-7 years. Especially during covid, I have helped and boarded cats to help them going through their hard time being apart from their parents. I also drop in to take care of pets when their parents are away. I rescued my own black cat Kabu in the cold winter 4 years ago when she was 3 months old!

Around 6PM we have another walk for about 40 min and then dinner. Around 11PM we do another bathroom break before bed. 1. Daily Routine -We can feed according to your schedule and dietary instructions. -We usually do two long walks (30-45 min) per day and let our dog go out to backyard a couple times or whenever he wants to. So we will make sure your pet(s) have two (or more if needed) walks and let them have regular potty breaks in backyard throughout the day. 2. Exercise & Enrichment -Feel free to bring your own toys and we will also offer toys and play games with your pets. -Our dog loves playing with dogs too and he’s full of energy so I’m sure your pups won’t get bored! 3. Safe Environment -We have a fenced backyard to let your dogs run and explore! -We have multiple rooms so we can separate dogs if needed.

Their comms were very clear and timely, they definitely know what they are doing in terms of thinking forward about how to give your dog the best experience and to give you peace of mind while they are being boarded there. Both their home and their yard are well-tended - no hazards for dogs like wires, broken boards, etc. They were also flexible in terms of dropoff/pickup times, as well as accommodating reasonable requests for toys, treats, and food options. They also allowed a friend of mine and their dog (who recommended me to Helena and Nathan) to stop by for a short playdate. Great experience and will book again!”
“It’s telling when your dog is just as excited to see the sitter as they are to see you return. Kendall took great care of our reactive pit bull mix, who’s also terrified of thunderstorms and fireworks. Unfortunately, Bear’s stay was during fireworks and storm season, but Kendall managed her anxiety well and kept us regularly updated. We’d be happy to have her watch Bear for future trips too.”
