About: Hi, I'm Anna! I am a passionate, highly trained animal lover dedicated to giving your pet the safest and most fun experience possible. Since March, I have been an active volunteer with the Sacramento SPCA, where I have completed intensive online courses and hands-on, in-person training in canine behavior, body language, and socialization. I am fully certified to handle and walk the shelter's Green and Orange color-coded dogs. Because of my training and reliability, the SPCA also trusts me with their Foster Furlough program for their highest-need Pink color-coded dogs. This means I regularly take these advanced-level dogs out of the shelter environment for day trips and overnight stays in my home to give them a break. Whether your dog needs a high-energy walk, structured socialization, or just an attentive and loving overnight companion, I know exactly how to read their body language and keep them safe in real-world situations. I have a very flexible part-time schedule, my own reliable vehicle for check-ins, and a deep commitment to following your exact house rules and routines. I can't wait to meet your furry family member! I don’t work so I’m home pretty much all time unless I’m running errands. I’m available Tuesday-sat to come and help out with your babies!! I have a fenced yard but always prefer to watch them while there going potty or playing! I’d also be able to crate them if needed:)
About: I grew up with animals more specifically dogs I had a toy poodle, a labradoodle, a Labrador , now currently have a Dorgi and bully. I also care for my friends pets when they are away. I do work a full time and can be available for your fur babies. Call or text me for more info for drop-ins or what it is needed. Make sure they are fed with fresh water and engaged in a walk or another activity you would prefer. I look forward to hearing from you.
“Milagros was fantastic! Our pup Zoey was so excited to spend some time with her and was super bummed to see her go. Milagros worked on some commands and doggo etiquette while she was here and was very respectful of our space. I can always tell when Zoey has a good time because she zonks out afterwards. 😴 I know Zoey is looking forward to more walkies and play time with Milagros soon!”

“Jill is phenomenal! I have a very rambunctious 2 year old German Shepherd/Husky mix and she has been fantastic with her. Jill is conscious to reinforce our training with heeling and making sure my dog doesn't go crazy over squirrels. I would hire Jill over and over again.”

“Since going back to the office part-time it's been such a relief to have Danielle there for my two big shepherds. She's completely reliable and always keeps me in the loop about her schedule. Top marks!”

“Oreo and I so appreciate Amanda and Hector’s help during these beginning weeks of the new school year! I know Oreo looks forward to going on his lunch potty breaks with Hector where he can sniff to his heart’s content. 🐕 💜 🥰 We truly appreciate Hector’s flexibility when he comes a bit earlier some days due to the hotter weather or Oreo’s needs. We will definitely be requesting Amanda & Hector again!”

I am the mom to a teenage son, so I have lots of time on my hands and I’d love to spend my time giving your pet the love and care they deserve. I know a lot of people have specific instructions on how to care for their pet while they’re away, I adhere to all requests and rules, and make sure there’s lots of time for play and snuggles too.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Arden-Arcade
Stephanie was great and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for dog walking and other pet care services. Stephanie was extremely friendly and very communicative while we were away on a recent trip. Her updates gave us peace of mind that our dogs were in good hands and we really enjoyed the pictures she sent. It was so nice to know that our dogs were getting regular exercise and much needed mid day attention. We will definitely be using her services again the next time we are out of town.

My dogs have special needs and I’m very particular about their routines. Biljana did a wonderful job following my instructions, and reached out for clarification whenever needed. Having a sitter that my dogs and I trust makes life so much easier, I’ll definitely be booking Biljana again!

Aaron was so amazing! He went above and beyond to ensure our dogs and disabled father had everything they needed while we were away. He was only asked to walk the dogs once a day for an hour, but spent extra time and effort to ensure all went well. The dogs loved him and were excited to see him every day. Would absolutely recommend! 100/10!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
