This was our first time using Rover and obviously our first experience with Fallon. She came for the meet and greet in a timely manner and was eager to listen to instructions and friendly. We were only gone for a day but she took great care of our two large dogs during that time. She was flexible with her time and accommodating. We would definitely use her again! Thanks!

Fallon was friendly and communicated with us, and thankfully all of our animals were okay when we returned. However, we were disappointed that she arrived late for nearly every scheduled drop-in after the first visit, and some of the walks appeared shorter than expected. Most concerning, Bagheera received his medication later than instructed on a night when fireworks were expected, which could have affected his safety and comfort. Fallon later explained that a camera in the living room made her uncomfortable and that dust aggravated her asthma. We apologized for not mentioning the nonworking camera and understood why she may not have been able to stay inside for long. However, these concerns did not explain the repeated late arrivals or why the agreed-upon schedule was not followed. We are grateful that nothing serious happened, but consistent timing and following medication instructions are extremely important to us. Based on this experience, we would not book with her again.

I can’t recommend my neighbor Fallon enough. They’re responsible, had great communication the whole stay, and a big animal lover. They consistently go above and beyond to keep our fur babies safe and cozy. She cared for my senior dog Louie with monitoring her medication, helping her move around safely and giving her the best attention older pets need :)
