About: I’ve been caring for dogs of all kinds since I was 10, including my own two dogs, which gave me hands-on experience with daily routines, training, and lots of love. Friends, neighbors, and family regularly trust me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets. I’ve also cared for cats and other pets, so I’m comfortable with different personalities and needs. I always make sure every pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for. I currently have a very flexible schedule, which means I have plenty of availability to give your pets the time and attention they deserve. I’m available for walks and drop-ins throughout the week and weekends. While I’m not able to host pets in my home, I’m more than happy to come to you and care for your pet in their own comfortable environment. I’m also happy to accommodate last-minute needs whenever possible. I prioritize creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for every pet in their own home. I always follow your pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, walks, and any specific care instructions. I’m attentive to each pet’s behavior and needs, making sure they feel secure and stress-free while you’re away. I also keep your home clean and respected, and I’m happy to provide updates so you always know your pet is in good hands.

Mari made sure to ask all the necessary questions during our meet and greet. She was very communicative throughout the bookings we had (booked 4 days of walks back to back). She was such a great help and I was comfortable after the 1st day and knew she was taking care of our dog well while I was out of town. Thank you Mari!

About: I’ve grown up around dogs but recently started house/petsitting about six years ago. I’ve worked with various breeds such as frenchie, english bulldog, pitbull, pug, boston terrier, and labs. I’ve also administered eye drops, ear drops, spray medicine, pill medicine, and ointment medicine. Please know that i work monday through friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. When I house/petsit during the week, I feed the pets in the morning before I leave and then walk them after work. On the weekends, I feed the dogs in the morning after letting them out and then walk them. Then I’ll play with them throughout the day before feeding them dinner and taking an evening walk. I usually request a list of what a dog needs/does in their usual day to day until i’m used to the dog. I text updates every few days if it’s care for a long period of time or i’ll check in once a day if it’s house/petsitting for someone new. I immediately reach out if I feel the pet is doing something I haven’t seen before or think is off.

About: I'm a young dog lover who's spent most of his time taking care of dogs. I do have anger issues but usually it's only when I'm having a bad day like most people. I don't talk very loud and hate being interrupted when I'm talking. I have taken care of cats as well but not as long as dogs. My only request is that the dog be nice and understand basic commands otherwise Im pretty chill with dogs. Please call ahead if your dog needs time to get to know me as a person.i am available most every day except Wednesday and Friday nights because I have church so if u need help with you pet trouble just set it up with me today. Hope to see you soon. I'm a big animal lover with no job at this moment so I'm always free when I'm not taking care of my baby boy I feel I can do this given time. I will do anything to make sure your fur baby is well while your away doing whatever it is you need to do give me a day in advance as I have a baby boy.

About: I’ve owned my own dog for 13 years now and also worked at 2 major pet retail supply stores. I even tried my hand at grooming dogs, and still love to give dogs a bath and trim their nails. I had the pleasure of taking care of my friends senior dog who was terminally ill while he had to be away for work. I got the best snuggles from her! I am currently working as an optician, but I am saving to buy a house so I can run a pet sitting/doggy day care business from my home. I enjoy staying busy and helping people so I like being able to accommodate your needs into my own day to day schedule with the Rover calendar! I work part time in a medical office setting as of right now while I build up my pet sitting portfolio. I will take care to listen and follow any rules that are set by the client. I plan to spoil your pets with as much love as I do my own!

About: I grew up with both dogs and cats all my life! I’ve anlways raised and taken care of furry friends, and it’s something I genuinely love. Friends, family, and neighbors rely on me to walk, feed, bathe, and even administer medications to their pets. I understand the unique needs of both dogs and cats and always make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I have fur babies of my own at home who need daily walking! Whether I’m walking dogs in the morning, feeding and playing with pets in the afternoon, or checking in on cats in the evening, I plan my days around their needs. About: I have been grateful to care for other pets on Rover since May 2023. I have taken care of friends and families pets throughout the years.I. Been a fur baby mom to a wonderful dog and cat and fully understand how wonderful they are and need to be loved when your away. I was the one with separation anxiety when I would have to travel without them. I want to alleviate that for you. I had to let my 19 year old shih tzu cross over the rainbow bridge. Being a senior with a heart murmur and bad hips. I learned how to adjust to his needs. Carrying him up and down the stairs, up and down to the bed and walks with a pet stroller to help him with his quality of life. Not once do I regret that and would help any pet feel that love again. He taught me how to be the best fur baby mom for other fur babies. I have a flexible schedule to care for your fur baby and I can be there for your pet. I have a full time job with a couple of remote days. I have a small patio with a doggy door insert for my slider, I can put in. I allow pets on furniture and give updates with pics when your away. I am close to park for walking.

About: Hello, My name is Martell. I’ve been a dog lover my entire life. Currently I have 2 dogs. An American Bully and a Labrador. They are very well mannered, playful and spoiled. Over the past 6 years I’ve had a large amount of dogs under my roof, rather it’s been friends or family in need of a vacation or simply having a hard time crate or potty training their pup. I take pride in teaching dogs basic house rules (I am not a licensed trainer). Currently I’m available Monday through Sunday Morning. During these days I’m pretty much home the whole time. I let the dogs outside for 15 to 30 mins about 3 to 4 times a day. I live in the Foothill Farm area of Sacramento, California in a house with a good sized fenced in backyard. In my backyard I have a 230 square foot pad with two 5x10 Kennels and doghouses available if needed. Your dog will always be supervised. If there is an event where I have to leave, I will crate or kennel your dog for that time for it’s safety. *Your pup will get as many potty breaks as needed* Fun Fact: Orlando is an ABKC Champion!!!

About: I grew up having pets all of my life and into my adulthood I have a cat and a dog. I had many responsibilities like grooming, feeding, taking the pet to the vet, and taking care when pet is sick. I love spending time and playing with pets. Taking care of a sick pet is hard, but I have learned what to do and how to handle those situations. Taking my dog for walks was a challenge because he is a big dog, but I was able to manage him. I am very kind and loving towards pets. Animals are so special and if I could I would get every pet the help they need and homes. I think I would be a good fit to be around your pet!

About: Hi, I’m April! I’ve loved and cared for animals my entire life and have experience with dogs, cats, goats, chickens, horses, and other ranch animals. I currently live on 3 acres in North Sacramento with my mum, her cat, her two dogs, and two horses, so animals are still a big part of my everyday life. 🐾 I recently lost my best friend, Bane, after 9 sweet years together, and while I do not currently have pets of my own, I have so much love to give. ❤️ Pet sitting is truly one of the most rewarding things I get to do, and I know how important it is to feel confident that your pets are safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. Whether your pet needs walks, playtime, medication, extra cuddles, or just someone calm and reliable around, I’m happy to help. I’m comfortable with most animals (apologies to the snake lovers), and I’m open to slow, supervised introductions if your dog has not been around cats before, as long as they are not aggressive toward them. 🐈 For house sitting, I’m also happy to help with small household tasks while you’re away, such as bringing in mail, watering plants, taking out trash, or anything else that keeps things running smoothly. 😌 I will always treat your home and pets with care and respect, and I’m more than happy to send frequent updates and photos so you can feel completely at ease. I’m responsible, attentive, loving, and genuinely enjoy getting to know each animal’s unique personality. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! 🥰 I am currently working at the UC Davis Med Center full time so I am only available during weekends for boarding or house sitting. However, during the week I am available in the evenings for dog walking and can do drop-ins 3x a day. I currently live on 3 acres which is a doggy wonderland. I am very attentive and receptive to the needs of all animals, and accommodate them with an open heart. In a clients home I am always respectful and tidy, and maintain whatever schedule is expressed to me.
