About: Hi! I’m looking forward to meeting you and your pets and providing a loving home or a fun walk while you’re away or at work. I have many. Years of experience caring for my own pets and would love to share my heart and time with you and yours. I’m currently working from home part-time and have plenty of extra hours to spend with your pets, cats and dogs. Available mornings, afternoons and evenings as well as all day weekends My home is spacious with a large securely fenced backyard, large grassy front yard and a safe neighborhood for walks. Indoors kenneling is available as well
About: Hi! My name is Cami, and I’m a mom to both kids and a sweet fur baby. I’ve been providing pet care for over 20 years, and I truly love it. I have a soft spot for little dogs and senior pups, and I pride myself on offering a safe, loving home for every pet in my care. I became a pet care provider because, whenever I traveled, I struggled to find someone who would care for my pets the way I do. So, I decided to be that person for others and their beloved animals. Your sweet pea can lounge on the couch with the family or play outside in our fully fenced yard. There's also a large park nearby that we love to visit, and we go on several walks each day. I also enjoy caring for cats and am happy to give them the space, cuddles, or both—whatever they prefer! I'm also available to come to your home to check on your pets and take them for walks as needed. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! I work part-time, so I'm available for walks, grooming, belly rubs, and nap time with your fur baby. I love being able to spend lots of quality time with them. If you have an emergency and need care on short notice, please feel free to reach out—I may be able to accommodate. Whether your fur baby is staying in my home or I’m visiting yours, both your needs and your pet’s needs are always my top priority. Pets in my home are free to roam, and we have a fenced backyard where they can play or simply relax in the sun. I’m happy to follow any instructions you provide. I have experience administering medications and will review your pet’s medical plan with you to ensure accurate care. I also love sending photos and updates while your fur baby is with me! Please note, I’m unable to care for aggressive dogs—either in my home or during visits. You know your pet best, so if they aren’t comfortable around children, other dogs, or cats, I may not be the right fit. In some cases, I may ask for a trial visit before the actual care date to ensure your dog is a good match and won’t pose a safety risk.
“Morgan had very good communication and left very detailed notes of how each walk went. She also updated throughout with pictures and was able to do a few little things I needed done for my dog before she left. Definitely would book again. She is amazing!”

“Despite not feeling well, Jennifer still showed up to make sure my dog got walked. She makes sure my dog gets as much movement as my stubborn dog is willing to participate in and plenty of pets. My dog really enjoys her time with Jennifer and I'll definitely book again.”

About: Hi I'm Renae, a dependable pet caregiver with over 10 years of experience dog walking and cat sitting. I’m attentive, patient, and treat every pet like my own. I focus on keeping pets safe, comfortable, and happy while giving owners peace of mind. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. As a mom, I’m very organized with my time and plan my schedule carefully. I build pet care commitments into my day so I can be reliable, present, and consistent for each pet. I enjoy being active and spending time outdoors, which makes dog walking an easy and enjoyable part of my routine. I provide pet sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walking in my clients’ homes. I focus on maintaining your pet’s normal routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, litter box or potty breaks, and companionship. I follow all care instructions closely and make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for in their own familiar environment.
About: I hold a bachelor's degree in Animal Science from UC Davis, with a specialized focus on animal behavior. Growing up surrounded by dogs and cats, I've seamlessly transitioned from caring for playful puppies to nurturing the needs of wise seniors. I was a manager at a small company dedicated to animal vitamins, where I improved my expertise in animal nutrition. With a holistic approach to pet care grounded in both education and hands-on experience, I am committed to providing the best possible care for your furry baby!! I currently work full time partially remote (2 days of the week I am in office and unavailable) but I am fully available the other days of the week as I manage my own time. I can take same day visits and I am flexible for you! While caring for your pets in the comfort of your home, my goal is to keep them happy, comfortable, and following the routine they are used to. Whether it’s feeding time, walks, playtime, cuddles, or their favorite activities, I’ll make sure they feel safe and cared for while you’re away. I also keep your pet’s space clean and tidy, send fun photo updates, and stay in communication so you always have peace of mind knowing your pets are getting the love and personalized attention they deserve.
About: I have had pets my entire life and I absolutely love them! In the past, my teacher has asked me to take care of her pet bearded dragon during school breaks. I have also babysat and taken care of multiple puppies and cats at the same time. Most recently, whenever my roommate was gone for a long period of time or out of town, I would feed and walk her dog along with making sure he got a lot of love and play time too! I just recently graduated and have a pretty open schedule while looking for work. I am happy to help take care of your pets whenever it may fit with my current schedule! I currently am living in a house with one dog. I am always giving him much needed love and attention, playing with him, and taking him on walks. I cannot take care of other pets in my own home at this moment, but I am happy to give the same love and attention to your pets in the comfort of their own home. I am willing to follow any instructions or anything else you ask from me if I were to stay in your home!
About: I grew up with animals. I currently have two dogs, two cats, two fish and a bird. I helped train my two pups, they know a handful of tricks! I have also spent a fair amount of time on my cousins farm. Every animal has their own personality, so just let me know what your pet needs attention wise, and I’m sure we can figure it out! I’m available throughout the week and weekends. I I’ll be starting a new job in the next few weeks. So my schedule will be changing but always willing to work something out ! I’m pretty active with my doggos. We go on lots of walks, hikes, and runs! So just let me know what services your pet requires.
“My dog Juni can be pretty anxious but liked Bernadette from the moment she met her. I know Juni is not the easiest dog to walk but Bernadette was great! I booked her for reoccurring walks every week day for 8ish weeks. Would highly recommend :)”

About: I've taken care of pets my whole life; from hamsters to Great Danes; puppies to old-timers. Friends say I speak dog language. When I spend time with yours they'll want me to join their pack. I have a flexible work schedule so I am available any time of day or night for walks, drop-ins, and house/pet sitting. I can also respond to urgent or unexpected requests. When I go into a client's home I focus on the pet and what I need to do to take care of them. I let them know they can trust me. Dogs often act differently with folks other than their owners so I let them show me who they are. That way we can have a good time together.
About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, ect since I was in middle school! I have also watched my cousins dogs when they go on vacation. I love taking care of animals ! I am currently self employed, meaning I get to choose my own schedule. I make my own hours and book my own appointments. I am also pretty free during the weekends. I can easily crate your dog/cat if needed. Feeding schedules will be strictly followed and they will be well watched and cleaned up after! Thanks!
“Mari made sure to ask all the necessary questions during our meet and greet. She was very communicative throughout the bookings we had (booked 4 days of walks back to back). She was such a great help and I was comfortable after the 1st day and knew she was taking care of our dog well while I was out of town. Thank you Mari!”

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
