About: I’ve spent much of my life caring for family pets, including dogs and cats, and over the years I’ve had the opportunity to look after a wide range of animals—chinchillas, hamsters, fish, ducks, horses, and more. These experiences have taught me a lot about how to keep animals comfortable, safe, and happy. When our family dog, Diesel, was a puppy, I took the lead in attending his behavioral and training classes. I also volunteer at the local humane society, where I help care for and comfort cats. I’m experienced in administering medications to both cats and dogs and always take care to follow an owner’s specific instructions and preferences. Animals have always been a part of my life—I truly can’t imagine it any other way. I work as a social worker at the hospital during the week, and spending time with animals is one of the ways I unwind and recharge. During the week, I work as a social worker in neurosurgery and orthopedic surgery at Mott. Outside of work, I volunteer at the humane society, assisting with daily tasks and helping to comfort cats and small mammals. I’m Fear Free certified and plan to integrate my understanding of animal behavior into my social work practice when appropriate. Caring for animals—whether through walking, feeding, cleaning, or simply offering companionship—is something I make time for regularly, typically a couple of times a week. I’m also actively involved with the Ronald McDonald House in Ann Arbor, where I serve as co-president of the Young Professionals Group. I love walking dogs and sitting with cats more than anything. My own Emotional Support Animal, Rosie, has been a profound asset to my life- she is the queen. I care for my pets dependent upon their medical and lifestyle needs. I provide space for cats and dogs to figure out their level or trust, and know the different signs of distress or anxiety from my Fear Free Training.
“Leask recently stayed at our home and cared for our cat, Sophie, while we were out of town. He is communicative, respectful, kind and trustworthy. It’s such a relief to know your pet and your home are in good hands when you’re away. We are very grateful and highly recommend him!”

“We highly recommend Elizabeth!! She left us genuine check ins and pictures each visit. Our cat looked smitten with her, we will definitely be requesting her again when we need someone to drop by to feed Smokey!!!”

“Moriah did such a great job with my cat, Cricket! Cricket spent 4 days with Moriah and I received many pictures and video updates and was thrilled at how well and quickly she adjusted to Moriah, which was a clear testament to Moriah's caregiving skills and cat knowledge. I would 100% use Moriah again or recommend her to someone else.”

“Lizz was great! She took good care of our cats while we were out of town. She was super communicative and captured some great photos. Definitely will book her in the future if we’re going out of town!”

“Mariah did everything we asked and was very conscientious. She sent us timely updates with photos. As a result, we were not anxious at all about leaving our cat, Leo, in the hands of a catsitter for a couple of days. We would not hesitate at all to use Mariah again in the future.”

About: I have always had a passion for animals throughout my childhood which is why I have devoted my studies towards animal science at the University of Michigan and to eventually attend Veterinary school elsewhere. I have been pet sitting for around 8-10 years, both big and small, along with having family pets of my own throughout my entire life. Once I was established in Ann Arbor I worked at a Doggy Day Care for one school year while also working at an Animal Hospital for over 2 years. I have learned a great deal of useful information throughout my time at the hospital as I held numerous positions including: CCS, Kennel Assistant, Prescription Assistant and Veterinary Assistant. I take great pride in being able to assist in the care of our animals and to be an advocate for their health when they are unable to. Every dog and cat I meet steals a little bit of my heart everytime I am with them. I work part-time at an animal hospital throughout the entire year and a student living on campus during the school year. My schedule is very flexible and always within a short radius of each other. I think it is important to listen to the needs of the pet as every pet is different. I am accommodating to each pet's needs and wants.
About: I’ve personally taken care of dogs for 9 years and always play with them and catch their feelings closely to meet their needs! Really good at potty cleaning and senior care I currently working as part time, so i have a plenty of time for pet sitting and give a lot of attention to the pets as they needed! When visiting client’s home, always look around what to use and expect and listen the client’s advise for the pets. When visiting my home, normally clean and able to use space to run around for the pets
