About: When I was around 12 i started to take care of my neighbors chocolate lab, when they would go out camping. Ever since I’ve known that caring for animals was always a passion of mine. When I was old enough, I worked at a animal daycare for a year. Thought right now i just help take care of my family and friends pets. I am a part time retail manager during the week and am a barista in the mornings on weekdays which i get off at 1 pm, so I have lots of time in afternoon. I think the biggest thing is this communication between the pet owner and the sitter. Any and all expectations will be met and I strive to go above and beyond.

“Brandon is an absolute gem! We just moved up here a couple months ago and had this vacation planned already. We knew nobody up here that we trusted to watch our cats and hedgie while we were gone. We had lost our Great Dane 2 weeks prior, so I was in FULL panic attack mode. Brandon came multiple times to check on my babies, gave me pictures, full updates, and chatted with me about them every time. He even came back after a visit same day because we saw one of my cats had something stuck on his tail. I went into full blown panic thinking he had something tied to it that would cut off circulation or he'd broken it somehow. Brandon came right back, checked him out and sent me updates and pictures. Without that level of care and compassion, I would have been a wreck. I 1000% recommend Brandon and will be booking him again (hopefully) for any other trips we take!”

About: I've taken care of dogs of every breed from puppy to senior since I was 13. I've been relied on to walk, feed, train and provide oral medicine. I'm in college part time so I am available to house sit and spend time with your pets do drop in and walks in the mid mornings and early afternoon. I can take your pets for walks when you need and stay in home with them to give them lots of love, ensure they are fed or given medicine on time. I have crating experience if your pet needs to be crated. If you have a park your pet enjoys I can take them there and let them have fun as well.

About: I have had dogs, cats, and rabbits in my adult life and had dogs growing up. I just lost my 12 year old senior dog, sweet Mayble, a week ago. Mayble required extensive medical attention as she had kidney disease, a herniated disc that made it difficult to walk, arthritis, and allergies. She required daily medication for her ailments, She also needed frequent potty breaks, extra water, and extra care going up and down stairs and up onto the couch. I had to be in-tune with her if her little body was getting tired from a walk, I also currently have rabbits who require litter cleanings, hay, pellets, lettuce, and socialization, I’m currently in the process of bonding my 2 rabbits which requires a lot of time and patience. In a personal note, I’m a 37 year old single female who works in the education system. I am mature, capable, and responsible and would take care of your precious fur babies as if they were my own. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask! Currently I’m on Summer vacation until the beginning of August so, unless I’m going somewhere to camp overnight, My schedule is very open right now! I can care for young animals all the way up to senior animals. I am available for drop-ins, walking, or even house sitting. Let me know what you need! 😊

“Sinead was excellent, responsive and provided pictures and updates every visit. The cats had plenty of play time and pets and warmed up to her very fast. Know your cats are in caring and thoughtful hands while you are away.”

About: I've been providing pet sitting for decades for all kinds of animals of many species. Both pets and non-pets. Booking me means I will research your pets breed and go over breed specific needs with you at the meet and greet, as well as their personality based needs. I currently have rabbits and used to have dogs, and my bestie's household has dogs and a tortoise. I have zero problems with taking care of plants or pet related chore. I have a portable carpet shampooer to clean up any messes that might happen. Just show me what the pets need for nourishment and enrichment and play, and I can take it from there. I'm also willing to do complex medical for pets. If you want me to sit for extra animals not listed, I will ask for more (5-20) per animal depending on level of care needed. I will walk any animal that wants to be walked. Species does not matter. You can meet me and my pets before hiring me and you can always cancel, no problem. I'm willing to do payment plans if you need to leave town with little notice. I'm willing to travel outside the Anchorage bowl, too, as far out as Talkeetna if you’re willing with work with me on gas. Ademas de mi experiencia, tambien soy Colombiana y puedo hablar español. 我说一点汉语和读中文。Avec je parlez et lis aussi un pue le français. Sto meglio italiano. I'm fluent in Spanish and I can speak/read Mandarin Chinese, French, and Italian. Language is no barrier. I’m also happy to send pics, video clips, and even set up zoom/facetime for pets during your trip. I work full time but my mornings, evenings, and weekends are flexible. My office is also pet friendly to an extent so pets with their own enclosures are welcome to come with me to work. I can provide care during mornings, lunch breaks, after work, and weekends. My pets are free range most of the time so there's playmates. I'm happy to temporarily board animals in my home so long as they have their own enclosure OR if they are friendly with my pets. I'm happy to send pictures and video to keep you up to date on your pet. Walks (for species that like walks), play time, toys, music enrichment, games, etc. I'm very strong and I'm good with animals that have nervous behaviours. I've also cared for newborn puppies, rabbits, and kittens and can provide the round the clock care for new born pets that they need by keeping them with me at all times.

About: I care for animals unconditionally. I am currently training my 10 month old Malamute and through this experience I have learned that I am able to read dogs really well. I have always had dogs, usually lots of them. My mom showed me how to care for them and is on Rover as well. She has probably taken care of your pet! I am experienced in medical care and I also stay very active (especially now with an arctic mixed breed around.) Most importantly, I am excited to get to know your pet and show them love and attention. My schedule is flexible throughout the week. I’m available during the week and typically off on the weekends. I will likely walk dogs in the morning and then at lunch and something longer in the evenings. When at my home, your dog will have a fenced backyard. There is a small unfenced section to walk through from our door. Depending on your dog we will pass through this leashed or unleashed (up to you!) My car is set up with a dog gate for safer trips to go hike on or off leash. We feed all dogs seperate from each other (you never know..) and will only go off-leash once your dog knows and trusts us. I am happy to learn from you about what cues your dog requires to stay close and safe.
