“Madelyn went way above my expectations for watching my cat, Cookie! Not only did she love on him everyday, do normal food & water stuff, and send cute photos, but she also swept up the kitty litter, emptied the litter genie, and even brought a package inside for me! Honestly, it felt as if a friend (who’s fantastic with cats) was watching my sweet Cookie. This was my first experience with Rover and I’m so grateful we had Madelyn. I’m definitely going to hire her to watch Cookie in the future!!”

About: Whether you have dogs or cats, I’m here to help! I’ve had dogs and cats all my life and I know how hard it is to look for someone reliable to be there when you’re not. I am good at following any directions that are given to ensure that your fur babies are cared for and comfortable. So if you need anyone to drop in please reach out. Also if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask :) I have a pretty set schedule when it comes to my day job. Outside of that and on the weekends I’m free. So if I need to stop by in the morning or afternoon, I’ll be there. I’d say I’m flexible as far as time and distance goes. My home is cozy and safe. I have a fully fenced yard with lots of space to play. I have 2 dogs that could use the extra playtime.

About: When I was in high school one summer I took care of over 20 dogs for an around a week. I fed, watered, cleaned their poop, and loved on them. I am currently in between things in life right now. I am pretty free and flexible. As long as it’s within walking distance. I am gonna choose to be unavailable on Sundays. I am very respectful to your wants and needs for your dogs. Because I know you love them and I wanna love them just as much as I can.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life, so becoming a dog and cat sitter 4 years ago was a given. From senior snoozers to zoomy puppies, from ‘don’t touch me’ cats to ‘please love me immediately’ cats—I’ve handled it all and loved every second. I’m currently part time so I would have plenty of time to check in with your pets. My job is very flexible with breaks so I would still be able to check in halfway through the day. If watching pets in your home, I will ask for a list of expectations (feed times, concerns) so I can do the best job. I will be diligent about updating you, sending photos, and asking questions if they arise.

About: ‼️I can only provide services in the Palmer/Wasilla area! My whole life my job at home was to care for the cats and dogs, and it was my favorite thing in the world. Now I have moved out, and I just want to continue caring for pets by providing services on Rover which is so perfect for me! I'm currently a cleaner for Janco Cleaning Company, 3-4 hours per night, and I provide services on Rover on the side with my whole day until dinner time reserved for pets! I live in an apartment with 2 adorable kitties, I am only able to house small dogs and cats in my apartment, as much as I love big dogs I have to control myself!

I have a soft spot for seniors, I also have a lovely old lady in my home, a 12 year old German Shepherd, Molly. If I may suggest something to any pet owner in our valley: please don’t choose your sitter based on who’s the cheapest available option… taking care of your pets in your home is a big responsibility. Great joy as well of course but it must be done with 100% attention, care and love. I can promise that 100% because that’s the only setting in my book when it comes to animals.
