“We were worried to leave our dog while travelling, but Jasmine was awesome and he had a great time staying with her! Jasmine was very quick to respond from our first message and after a meet and greet her personality put us at ease. About: Spent six years mushing with a recreational team, down to one dog now & just love dogs and skilled at caring for & managing many sorts of dogs. Very active lifestyle and love getting outside and exercising dogs. A tired dog is a good dog:) I work seasonally and have the winters off so I have lots of time for dog care and an open and flexible schedule. Doing foster care this winter so being pretty domestic and would love to sit some extra dogs for people. Have a nice large pet friendly home shared with one other well behaved husky and one teenager. It has a big (unfenced) yard and close to cravass moraine trail system which we frequent almost every day.

About: I have watched my friends and family’s pups like they’re my own countless times! We always have such a great time. I have one dog, Ricco, who is great with other pups of all sizes and ages. We have a large intended yard that’s great for fetch and trails nearby for walks or runs! I work 7.5hrs per day, MWF I work from home and TR I work in Wasilla. I like to take the fur babes everywhere that I can, just to get them out of the house, even if it’s mundane post office runs or whatever. Per manufacturer’s (owner’s) instructions! Try to keep pets apart when feeding. Let out as often as requested (and feasible per my work schedule). Like to let pets play together if they’re friendly to each other.

My family and I have pet-sat and fostered a wide range of pets; everything from kittens to cats, 8 week old puppies to senior dogs, dogs with little to no experience indoors to seasoned house pets. Also, since I have cats and chickens, I cannot accommodate a dog with a heavy prey-drive. For cats, I have an unused bedroom set up as a private suite, that my own pets do not have access to. This room has a window and plenty of cat-napping options. I live on a quiet street. I am available to give your cat as much attention as they desire.

Madelyn and her family were wonderful with our 1.5 yo lab! He’s about 100 lbs and can be quite a handful, but he seemed to be having a great time all week! Madelyn was super responsive, sent pictures everyday, and put me totally at ease! Our pup enjoyed playing with her dogs and he came home one tired boy.
