“Suzanne was highly responsive for booking and accommodating for drop off/pick up. While we didn’t have an opportunity for a meet and greet beforehand, she kindly responded to all my questions and concerns leading up to the stay. She sent a few quick updates and a couple photos during the two week stay, and didn’t report any issues. Suzanne was playing with my dog in the yard when I came to pick her up - they both looked like they were having a great time! About: I grew up in a very pet-friendly home and have always been surrounded by animals. My mom consistently had multiple cats at a time, and my dad and stepmom have always had several dogs in the household as well. Because of that, I’m very comfortable caring for both cats and dogs of different personalities and energy levels! I absolutely love animals and so does my entire family. I’m currently a stay at home mom to a 2 year old and almost 1 year old. We love going outside and playing with our two dogs! We spend a lot of time with our dogs and cat giving them love and playing with them! We do not have a fenced yard but our front yard is pretty big and a decent backyard. We can easily use crates for them if needed/preferred.

“This was our first time leaving our 2 dogs with other people, let alone strangers. We went to do a meet and greet beforehand and didn’t know quite what to expect. Ryan and Chelsea were great with both of them from the start. Ryan answered all of our questions and was very open. While we were away he kept us updated with how they were doing and sent us photos and videos often. That made it so much easier to enjoy our trip and not have to worry how they were doing. When we went to pick them up, our dogs were excited to see us, but made sure to get last pets from Ryan. We know they are in good hands with Ryan and Chelsea. About: I have 3+ years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats, including my own, family pets, and even strays. I’ve cared for dogs at all life stages—from puppies to seniors. I’ve always had a big heart for animals—they’re amazing and truly deserve our love. I will care for your fur babies as if they were my own. I am currently stay at home wife, my schedule is pretty flexible so I will have plenty of time to care and play with your puppy. I will be available after 10 am. We can talk and work out on the schedule that would work best for you. I have fenced yard and two puppies to keep your fur baby company, they either play in side the house or outside depending on the weather because I consider safety first; but while they’re in the house I can keep them occupied and busy with playing, puzzle games, they can roam around the house but I always keep my eyes on them or I can create them if pet parents needed; I have camera to monitor them.

She responded immediately to my short notice request and was available the following day for a meet and greet since we ha had not met at the time and are very particular with anyone we leave our two senior dachshunds with. She took great care of our babies and even sent fun pictures to show how they were doing while we were gone. Would highly recommend her and will definitely take advantage of her services again when and if we go out of town and aren't able to take them with us.
Accepted a booking with less than 5 hours notice which was amazing! I didn't even need to give them the litter box or litter I brought, they had a spare. 10/10 would recommend, the pick up and drop off process was insanely easy and my cat wasn't anxious or anything when we got back home which is a great sign because she can be pretty sensitive!
This is our first time on Rover.com, and we were very fortunate to find Chelsea, who was willing to care for Nirobi while we were out of town for a week. We had never left our dog with anyone before, so we were very nervous and reluctant. However, Chelsea communicated with us via text, photos, and videos daily. If there were any concerns, Chelsea did not hesitate to ask to ensure Nirobi was properly cared for. We are so thankful for Chelsea, whom we never met before, and she made us feel so comfortable and at ease knowing that Nirobi was well taken care of. Nirobi was cared for in a very nice, warm, homely environment, not locked up in a cage at a facility with other barking dogs. My family and I highly recommend Chelsea for any pet parents, and we would not hesitate to ask Chelsea for help in the near future. Adrienne is a perfect match for Eppie since they both like to play in the mountains. Also, her new home in Anchorage is convenient for walks, runs, and swims at local parks. Last but not least, she responds quickly to questions and requests and sends much appreciated photos and videos of her adventures with Eppie.
