Faelyn was awesome! She responded immediately to my short notice request and was available the following day for a meet and greet since we ha had not met at the time and are very particular with anyone we leave our two senior dachshunds with. She took great care of our babies and even sent fun pictures to show how they were doing while we were gone. Would highly recommend her and will definitely take advantage of her services again when and if we go out of town and aren't able to take them with us.

Faelyn had great communication and sent lots of pictures! She was very welcoming right from our meet n greet & I had no worries leaving our dog with her. She loved our dog like her own & took such great care of her!! 10/10 would recommend & hope to have her watch our dog again in the future!

Faelyn and her family are amazing dog people. They care for your dog with love and respect, without locking them in cages or boxes. Her house and fenced yard are pristine and her pups are also very friendly and cute. I trust her with Rio and if I ever need to board him again she is my choice. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with Rover on my first try. I chose a more experienced sitter for more money to ensure reliability. I was very flexible with our sitter and explained that she did not need to stay the whole half an hour every time she checked in. I also requested that she did not go in rooms that we had closed because we had closed them to keep our cats out of them. On every visit I tried to be flexible because there was a reason she couldn’t be there on the given time that we had agreed upon. She was friendly and courteous so I reciprocated and said that was fine. She completed chores that we did not ask her to complete and did not complete the full chores for the animals. We asked her to leave a full bowl of dry food out at all times and to use tuna and wet food as treats. In the pictures you can see the bowl is not all the way full and almost every visit included tuna. I was very disappointed as I was hoping to have a good experience with Rover and was pleased with the initial meet and greet. She was very friendly until we were out of town and unable to get somebody else to watch our cats. On one drop in she ran a few hours late because she was doing another job at her home and waiting for children to be picked up. On two other occasions, she couldn’t make it to our house at the correct time because she was at a hockey tournament. These visits did not happen until late at night. Again, I tried to be flexible and said that that was fine as I was just happy to have somebody checking in on the cats while we were away.

Rufus dog loved his time at Faelyn’s house! Faelyn and her family were so wonderful to our dog! She took the time to meet us before our actual trip so Rufus could sniff around and meet her two dogs. That made us feel extra comfortable and allowed us to drop him off with the utmost confidence that he would be in a safe, caring, loving environment. We will absolutely be contacting Faelyn again the next time we are out of town. 10/10 recommend! Thanks, Faelyn!!
