They enjoy a catdoor, which they use extensively, and he was here for them even when they weren't around. About: i had 3 dogs in my life. 2 of the dogs i had. i had since i was born. then i adopted another dog in 2014. wanting to adopted more dogs in the future. i have dogsit before in the past 3 years before i knew about rover. i love and adore dogs. i cant imagine life without one. I do live in an apartment in the 3rd floor on the top. If the dog needs it I can carry him/her up and down the stairs no issue at all. The dog must have a leash for me to watch them i would have the pet come over to my apartment. im around a place where i can take the dog on a long or short walk. the apartment im at is very pet friendly. About: My husband and I lost our great Pyrenees a few months ago. :( We have an older shihtzu and would like to watch another dog because our dog is getting older and does not like to hike anymore. She does enjoy her walks tho. We like all types of dogs as long as they are well behaved and get along with cats and other dogs. Our home is 2,800 sq ft and we have a 10,000 sq ft yard. We can only host 2 dogs max at a time so your dog will be well taken care. We prefer only one at a time tho since we also have a cat . I am currently working part time but work from home most of the time. My husband also works from home . We walk our dog 2 -3 times a day. We like to hike and during the summer and in winter we walk the trails that are right next to our home. I have a fenced yard , but can also crate your baby if you prefer. A little bit about me - I had a dog for 18 years of my life and have taken care of every kind of dog (and other pets) since I was about 14. About: I've had dogs my whole life, and couldn't picture a life without them. I am very available to love on your pet all day as I am a Homeschool mom to my eldest. About: I am experienced with senior pets and medication administration, including insulin. I provide patient, attentive care with a strong focus on safety, comfort, and trust. As a functional, holistic practitioner, I deeply understand the impact that movement, purpose, and genuine joy have on overall well-being. After the passing of my sweet boy, I knew it was essential for me to continue pursuing those elements in my own life, and what could be more healing than spending part of my days with dogs? From as far back as I can remember, animals have been a light in my life. What I love most about them is their innocence, there are few things in this world that carry the same purity they do. Time spent with animals feels light and genuinely medicinal. That connection became especially profound for me in 2021, when I rescued my “soul” dog, a mangled senior left to roam the streets. Loving him taught me more about life, presence, and what truly matters than any other experience ever could. Though sadly he passed in 2025, the time we shared, while short, felt like an entire lifetime. As a functional, holistic practitioner, I deeply understand the impact that movement, purpose, and genuine joy have on overall well-being. After the passing of my sweet boy, I knew it was essential for me to continue pursuing those elements in my own life, and what better way than spending part of my days with dogs? I approach every walk and visit with safety, patience, and presence as my top priorities. I move at your dog’s pace, build trust gently, and stay fully attentive to their needs. My goal is calm, reliable care that helps your dog feel secure, loved, and supported every step of the way.

About: I grew up in a very pet-friendly home and have always been surrounded by animals. My mom consistently had multiple cats at a time, and my dad and stepmom have always had several dogs in the household as well. Because of that, I’m very comfortable caring for both cats and dogs of different personalities and energy levels! I absolutely love animals and so does my entire family. I’m currently a stay at home mom to a 2 year old and almost 1 year old. We love going outside and playing with our two dogs! We spend a lot of time with our dogs and cat giving them love and playing with them! We do not have a fenced yard but our front yard is pretty big and a decent backyard. We can easily use crates for them if needed/preferred.

“This was our first time leaving our 2 dogs with other people, let alone strangers. We went to do a meet and greet beforehand and didn’t know quite what to expect. Ryan and Chelsea were great with both of them from the start. Ryan answered all of our questions and was very open. While we were away he kept us updated with how they were doing and sent us photos and videos often. That made it so much easier to enjoy our trip and not have to worry how they were doing. When we went to pick them up, our dogs were excited to see us, but made sure to get last pets from Ryan. We know they are in good hands with Ryan and Chelsea.
