“Always thankful to have Amanda watch our cats! Love the attention she pays to them and our house and all the pictures and descriptions she shares from her visits! Our favorite pet sitter!”

About: I truly focus on keeping pets comfortable by caring for them right in their own home, where they feel safest and most relaxed. I have a flexible part-time schedule, so I can give your pets plenty of attention and stick closely to their routines. I’m patient, confident, and experienced with a variety of temperaments—from playful puppies to shy or anxious dogs. My own dog is well-behaved, which has helped me learn how to reinforce good manners and calmly handle different situations. I treat every pet like they’re my own and pride myself on being reliable, communicative, and fully committed to giving your pets the best possible care. Because I work part-time, I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to focus on your pets throughout the day. I’m available most afternoons and evenings during the week, along with full availability on weekends for boarding or drop-ins. Your pet’s routine will always be my priority. I have one well-behaved dog at home, but most of the care I provide will be in your home so your pets can stay in their familiar environment. I always follow your instructions for feeding, routines, and house rules, and I take the time to make sure each pet feels safe and relaxed. I treat every home with respect and every pet like family.
“I was very anxious about leaving our frail elderly kitty with medical issues, but she did really well under Sarah's care. When we had our meet and greet she was immediately comfortable with her and I could see Sarah knows how to approach a cat. Sarah was able to keep up her routine of multiple topical medications every day while we were gone, which is truly a negotiation process with our girl. We were thrilled and comforted to see pictures of her relaxing on Sarah's lap during her visits. Highly recommend.”

About: I loved working on ranches and dog sitting throughout my highschool and college time. I have always enjoyed getting out with the animals to make sure they are feeling energized! I have a fairly flexible schedule at this time. I would be able to let the dogs out or take them on a walk early afternoon. I’m able to take the dogs out on walks fairly often if I am living near. I also would be able to crate the puppy easily and take them on walks throughout the day.
“Erica checked in on our cat while we were out of town for a few days—she was punctual, communicative, and our cat clearly enjoyed playing with her! We will definitely contact Erica again when we need somebody to watch our cat.”

“First time Rover user and Shannon did a great job. Did a video tour of the lay of the land, introducing the cats who all made a cameo appearance. Shannon followed up with a card on each visit, sending a picture. Was a good initial experience, will be using Shannon and Rover in the future.”

“To be honest, I'm disappointed with my experience. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I feel it's important to provide honest feedback. I don't believe this sitter was particularly comfortable with cats. Some of the photos she sent actually concerned me, as my cats appeared stressed or unwell in several of them. She also allowed my cats onto the kitchen counter, which is not acceptable in my home. Additionally, she sent photos showing rugs and their harnesses knocked off counters and out of place. I had to point out that things had fallen and needed to be picked up before they were even addressed. When I returned home, the harnesses were still left in front of the door. Caring for my cats is a very straightforward job. They have an automatic litter box, automatic water fountain, and automatic feeder, so daily responsibilities are minimal - wet food, a treat, and try to get them to play. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to detail and effort was noticeable. I've used Rover before and had wonderful experiences with cat sitters who kept me updated with thoughtful messages, photos of my cats enjoying treats, playing with toys, giving me their arrival and departure notifications, and observations that helped put my mind at ease while I was away. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I received this time. Communication was sparse, and I felt like I was hearing very little from someone who was regularly entering my home and caring for pets that are incredibly important to me. The daily updates felt generic and lacked the level of care, engagement, and reassurance I was expecting.”

About: For as long as I can remember, I've had a dog (or two) by my side. I have cared for them through every stage from playful puppies to senior dogs needing extra patience and specialized care. I currently have three large dogs, so I'm comfortable handling big breeds and understand their exercise, training, and daily care needs. I'm confident reinforcing basic training and maintaining the routines your dog is already learning. I'm also comfortable administering medications when needed and have experience working with dogs that are reactive, always using a calm, patient, and safety-first approach. I know every dog has a unique personality, and my goal is to help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I'll care for your dog as if they were one of my own. Pet care fits well into my routine because I work a full-time job with a flexible shift schedule. I have flexibility in the mornings, evenings, and weekends, allowing me to accommodate walks, drop-in visits, and overnight stays. I always prioritize providing dependable, consistent care and will work with you to maintain your pet's normal routine as closely as possible. I currently don't offer boarding in my home because I have three large dogs, and I want to ensure every pet receives the space and attention they deserve. When caring for pets in your home, I prioritize keeping them comfortable by following their normal routine, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medications, and any training or household rules you have in place. At home, my own dogs follow a consistent daily routine with regular potty breaks, meals, walks, playtime, and plenty of rest. I'll do my best to keep your pet's day as familiar and stress-free as possible while you're away. I'll also provide updates and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and well cared for.
“Alysa is awesome, and a was a lifesaver when family medical emergencies caused half our family to travel out of state for treatment. Alysa came in and dealt with my dog in her teenage rebel phase, but always made sure she was well taken care of and given lots of attention. And I appreciated Alysa's thorough communication through the entire process.”

About: I am experienced with senior pets and medication administration, including insulin. I provide patient, attentive care with a strong focus on safety, comfort, and trust. As a functional, holistic practitioner, I deeply understand the impact that movement, purpose, and genuine joy have on overall well-being. After the passing of my sweet boy, I knew it was essential for me to continue pursuing those elements in my own life, and what could be more healing than spending part of my days with dogs? From as far back as I can remember, animals have been a light in my life. What I love most about them is their innocence, there are few things in this world that carry the same purity they do. Time spent with animals feels light and genuinely medicinal. That connection became especially profound for me in 2021, when I rescued my “soul” dog, a mangled senior left to roam the streets. Loving him taught me more about life, presence, and what truly matters than any other experience ever could. Though sadly he passed in 2025, the time we shared, while short, felt like an entire lifetime. As a functional, holistic practitioner, I deeply understand the impact that movement, purpose, and genuine joy have on overall well-being. After the passing of my sweet boy, I knew it was essential for me to continue pursuing those elements in my own life, and what better way than spending part of my days with dogs? I approach every walk and visit with safety, patience, and presence as my top priorities. I move at your dog’s pace, build trust gently, and stay fully attentive to their needs. My goal is calm, reliable care that helps your dog feel secure, loved, and supported every step of the way.
About: I have a pet I love and I want to treat others the way I would want someone to treat my dog. That’s what I do! I work 3 min from my house and have the ability to come home regularly to let my dog out and or work from home as needed. I like to walk, bathe (they are in my house) play and snuggle with pets. My dog also enjoys socializing and we walk to the dog park to play regularly.
“Whitney took such good care of our cat while we were gone. She was very thorough with her care and provided us updates and photos daily. We will certainly be using her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for drop in care. :)”

“Michael, is an amazing dog sitter. He kept me informed on how the dogs were doing each time he dropped by. He sent me videos and photos of my “puppies.” My dogs instantly liked him and thoroughly enjoyed his company. I would highly recommend him to take care of your pets and I will be using him again.”

“Maleah is very consistent, sweet, responsible, great communication and cares for my little elder chihuahua like her own! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a consistent reliable dog walker :)”

We absolutely love Kim's kindness to our dogs! Our Malinois adapted quickly with her! We always been hesitant about anyone watching him but family. Tatanka usually shows quickly if he's not happy. He was full of wags and vocal to meet her. Hoonah is just a happy to see her too. We will be using Kim again! Thank you for the pictures and updates! Kim even told us if needed to extend our time due to traffic on the highway just let her know!

Logan is absolutely wonderful. She did a fantastic job with our pack! Leaving our dogs with Logan and knowing they would be well cared for allowed us to enjoy our vacation without worrying if the dogs were OK. Logan is professional, showed up during the time frame she said she would and communicated with me by text and photos after each visit. Logan is highly recommended!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
