About: Thanks for taking a look at my profile! I grew up with 4 Newfoundlands, and watched several of my neighbor's dogs and cats throughout college and graduate school. I have an M.Ed. in special education and am taking the year off to help care for my in-laws. I have a goofy Labradoodle puppy and a rescue Corgi mix! I have a pretty open schedule since I am not teaching this year and am only caring for my in-laws. I'm excited to meet your family! I love to play in the snow with dogs and take them on hikes! I own my own car and am happy to drive your dog to a new hiking spot!

About: i had 3 dogs in my life. 2 of the dogs i had. i had since i was born. then i adopted another dog in 2014. wanting to adopted more dogs in the future. i have dogsit before in the past 3 years before i knew about rover. i love and adore dogs. i cant imagine life without one. Dogs are everything to me. Having dogs around get me outside more and walking more. i have trained my 3 dogs. so i know a tiny bit about trainging them. I do live in an apartment in the 3rd floor on the top. If the dog needs it I can carry him/her up and down the stairs no issue at all. Make sure to take your time to read and make sure your 100% sure to want to book with me before you click book. i currently dont have a job. i would make dog sitting a part time job for right now. i have alot of time to care for a dog. i give the pet alot of play time. i give the pet bathroom breaks as much as needed. i walk the pet like an hour or 2. ill feed the pet when he or she needes it. of course ill him or her water. ill give the pet as much exercise as he or she needs. i would have the pet come over to my apartment. im around a place where i can take the dog on a long or short walk. the apartment im at is very pet friendly. I say you would have to bring your pet to me at my apartment.

About: I love animals and being able to help you with your pet care needs. I would love spending some of that time on your canine companions or feline friend. I have owned dogs and cats with a variety of personalities and concerns and love them all. My dogs have ranged in age from one to twenty and eight pound an to eighty. Every pet is unique and special. I have watched dogs and cats off and on for friends and family for more than ten years. I have also raised small animals and reptiles. I am friendly but firm and will treat your furry friend like my own. They will get lots of love, exercise, and petting. Please give me a chance to win over your pet. I am a teacher so busy during the school year and mostly free during the summer. During the school year I am available evenings and weekends. I have two fenced yards. A small one connected to the house with a dog door and a bigger one. I have chickens who live in the bigger one during the summer. I am not currently having doggie visitors overnight as my cats don't like it.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my experience caring for dogs who may be reactive or selective around other animals. I understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust when your dog requires extra awareness and responsibility. I’m attentive, proactive, and committed to keeping every dog in my care safe by avoiding risky situations and managing walks and interactions thoughtfully. I also grew up in a dog-loving household with four or more dogs at any given time. Our home was the go-to place for family and friends to leave their dogs while traveling or working, and at times we even cared for entire litters of puppies. Because of this, I have hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and temperaments, and I’m comfortable providing dependable, attentive care tailored to each dog’s individual needs. I currently work from home on freelance engineering design projects, and my own home improvement projects. This means I have a heaps of availability to pay attention to your pet! I am an active individual that recently moved to Anchorage, I love walking with dogs to explore neighborhoods and get exercise. I also have a yard at my home, which is unfenced, and I look forward to romping around with leashed dogs. Regarding situations where dogs stay at my house, I currently have two young cats which any visiting dogs will have to be okay with. Because my house has two levels, I do have the ability to block the stairway and provide my cats with a sanctuary if the cats get tired of dog games.

About: Im from Ketchikan AK but I live in Anchorage AK. I do have a fenced backyard where they can roam and play. I love playing with dogs and hanging out with the cats! I’ll always treat your buddy as if their my buddy! I'm currently in between jobs I mostly stay at home all day drawing or working on art. I mostly just do side gigs like this and I don't get that many so I have a lot of free time. If there's other dogs I let them play but if it's just use I usually always keep them around me and play with them if they have the energy and lay down and chill with them if there tired. I take em out for potty breaks/walks every 1-2 hours and feed them twice a day.

About: Loved every animal imaginable since I can remember! Owned everything from horses to rats, bred mini poodles for years and current Nana to 10 grandpups and slave to 2 adorable yorkies. Pets are my babies, spoiled rotten and treated better than my kids...lol I am 2 months retired from the federal government and have all the time in the world to spoil your sweet love of your life. My day and world revolves around my, and your, pet(s). Love them like my own but follow your rules. Can provide training, if requested, but am not a certified trainer.
