I dropped my boy off early in the morning , she sent me pictures of Deets within an hour of being at her home., playing with her own sweet dogs. Whitney’s husband Andrew was super sweet, wrap Deets up in a blanket and let him take a nap with him. I feel extremely at easy dropping Deets off with Whitney, knowing she is a genuinely caring person, and wouldn’t let any harm come to my dog. “Cayla has been amazing with our pup, Theis! We turned to Rover when we needed someone for doggie day care, as our pup was too young for other facilities. We have been going to her for a month and he LOVES Cayla and his furry and non furry friends. We literally get out of the the car and he wants to go straight to her. We get videos and pictures of him throughout the day, on every stay. He has other dogs/cats and other animals that he gets to interact with. He is exhausted and so happy when we pick him up. She is very knowledgable about dogs:) We feel comfortable leaving our pup and confident he is in great hands! We call her the "Theis Wisperer".”

About: I love animals and dogs especially. I have house sat many animals in the past for friends and family. My family had 2 or pets all my years growing up. I have two dogs now. I have lots of energy to burn as I attend college, so this seemed like a great fit. My schedule is pretty flexible, except my two in person classes Monday and Thursday mornings 9am-1pm. I'd prefer afternoon visits/walks. I am not available for overnight stays at other peoples homes. I have a fence yard and two friendly dogs at home if your pup wants to play. I have two crates if your animal is less social. I live in a small friendly neighborhood in Chugiak, next to a park, for getting out. I'm a full time mom, so I won't be able to stay overnights anywhere, but I surely don't mind visiting pets in their own home where they're comfy. I'm a tidy person and will always respect your home.

About: As a fur baby mamma I understand the love and care you want for your babies. You need on time and that special touch that you would give them yourselves. I am available for in home care (Mine and yours), walks, play time and a good belly rub, and feedings/medications. Pets are more than just animals they are our family and should be treated as such. Does your pet need a little extra attention? Don't worry, I have your back. I have 2 dogs, Pistol (German Sheppard) and Gunner ( boxer / Black lab). I cannot wait to get to know your fur babies as well! ~Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened ~Anatole France I homeschool two middle school ages daughters (great helpers and animal lovers as well) and I am a substitute teacher as well. So, I make my own schedule. Your baby(ies) will have full attention. Our little over an acer property is not currently fenced at the moment but I will happily leash your baby(ies) for bathroom breaks, even in a snowy blizzard 🥶

About: I love animals and being able to help you with your pet care needs. I would love spending some of that time on your canine companions or feline friend. I have owned dogs and cats with a variety of personalities and concerns and love them all. My dogs have ranged in age from one to twenty and eight pound an to eighty. Every pet is unique and special. I have watched dogs and cats off and on for friends and family for more than ten years. I have also raised small animals and reptiles. I am friendly but firm and will treat your furry friend like my own. They will get lots of love, exercise, and petting. Please give me a chance to win over your pet. I am a teacher so busy during the school year and mostly free during the summer. During the school year I am available evenings and weekends. I have two fenced yards. A small one connected to the house with a dog door and a bigger one. I have chickens who live in the bigger one during the summer.

“I was apprehensive dropping my 14 week old pup off at a new place and with someone I haven’t met before but Joanny was terrific and I instantly liked her. I could tell she wanted to just love on him all day which is all I wanted. When I picked him up he was so comfortable there and clearly had a really fun active day with Joanny with lots of love and attention. She sent wonderful pictures throughout the day of their different activities. He was tired and calm and took a 3 hour nap when we got home. I would definitely have Joanny watch him again!”

About: I've owned and cared for dogs for over twenty years, at one point we actually had seven of them, and two horses. I'm available to come take care of your little buddy (or buddies) seven days/week, preferably in the morning and late afternoon. You can expect photos of them throughout the day, I know I love to see what mine are up to when I'm not around and I assume you do too! My home is pet friendly with a nice fenced yard, right across the street from a dog park, located in the heart of Palmer. I can provide tons of exercise and love to your fur family while you’re away. As a semi retired grandma, I have nothing but time! I love to walk, hike, and explore outdoors. I do have grand children so all pets must be friendly with kids. I have a fenced yard located across the street from a local dog park. I am happy to crate your pups if you’d like, or they can sleep with me. My dog recently passed away of old age, so there are no other pets in the house and yours will have all of my attention.

About: I have a wide understanding of care for pets! I have cared for pets through military deployments, vacations, emergencies… I’m experienced with different breeds and proper ways to approach a new animal that is nervous or anxious. I currently homeschool my kids and work from home running my own party rental business, I have plenty of flexibility and time to help even on short notice. I have reliable transportation with space to cater to your dog and their supplies. I have a little over an acre of open landscaped yard for a dog to run and play. Our backyard is not fenced in so I would keep them on a leash unless advised by the owner that it’s safe to do otherwise. We have a wonderful neighborhood to go for walks in if you would like them to. We have space to safely and warmly kennel dogs inside our home at night and let them run and play during the day! I only leave the house for brief periods, so they wouldn’t be left alone for long, if at all. We have one small dog (min pin) who would be kept separate unless we are given permission to let them play! Our min pin is a nervous breed, but she grew up with a Labrador and German Shepard happily. She just needs to warm up.
