“To be honest, I'm disappointed with my experience. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I feel it's important to provide honest feedback. I don't believe this sitter was particularly comfortable with cats. Some of the photos she sent actually concerned me, as my cats appeared stressed or unwell in several of them. She also allowed my cats onto the kitchen counter, which is not acceptable in my home. Additionally, she sent photos showing rugs and their harnesses knocked off counters and out of place. I had to point out that things had fallen and needed to be picked up before they were even addressed. When I returned home, the harnesses were still left in front of the door. Caring for my cats is a very straightforward job. They have an automatic litter box, automatic water fountain, and automatic feeder, so daily responsibilities are minimal - wet food, a treat, and try to get them to play. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to detail and effort was noticeable. I've used Rover before and had wonderful experiences with cat sitters who kept me updated with thoughtful messages, photos of my cats enjoying treats, playing with toys, giving me their arrival and departure notifications, and observations that helped put my mind at ease while I was away. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I received this time. Communication was sparse, and I felt like I was hearing very little from someone who was regularly entering my home and caring for pets that are incredibly important to me. The daily updates felt generic and lacked the level of care, engagement, and reassurance I was expecting.”

About: Since I was 9, I have house/pet sat for countless neighbors and friends. Dogs/cats/birds/fish/hamsters/Guinea pigs/bunnies/lizards - the list goes on! I have a sweet, very active 3 yr old doodle who loves all animals/humans. I spoil animals and am “that person” that will ask to play with your dog when we cross paths 😊 Although I have only ever operated through word of mouth, I am new to the area so am here to build my clientele! Let’s connect!! As of May ‘26, I can be home full time. For boarding/daycare, I do prefer pets that have minimal to no shedding. If in your home, I’m open to any and all! :) I treat your pets just as you would - or better. It’s what I would want for mine. I’m flexible and will do anything you prefer, whether it’s using a crate, being strict with leashes (especially if they’re an escape artist), specific food/med schedules, etc. I am highly experienced with security systems, caring for homes, and watching out for issues like unlocked doors/leaks/etc. I take detailed notes and make sure to stay in contact - and I am not afraid to ask questions! As of May ‘26 - I am home full time! Dogs must be kenneled while I am gone. I’m open to puppies but they need to be pretty well trained (I.e. potty & crate) as I have a dog as well! My #1 priority is making sure pets are safe and secure at all times. Depending on the location, dogs are either leashed or fenced in - ALWAYS! I grew up with escape artist dogs so I learned the “do’s and don’ts” pretty quick :) I do my research on toys/bones and always monitor the pet while they’re “busy.” Animals are my best friends and I do everything I can to make sure they’re 100% safe, well taken care of, and HAPPY! That being said, I do highly prefer minimal to no shedding depending on the size of the dog and the situation.

About: Have own dogs my whole life. When I got older I cared for other's pets and took up care more often as a way to support myself through college. I am married to someone who shares my love of animals. We often look at pictures of dogs and visit pet stores to get our animal fix. If we could we would have our whole house filled with animals of all types! More recently I have care for family and friends dogs every now and again when needed. I am currently working part from home and part in the office. I have a 18 and 12 year old sons who share my love for animals at home. Under my supervision both boys would be happy to give any puppy or dog in our care the love and attention they need. My hours are generally super flexible and I have weekend availability. I live in half an acre and I have a ginormous fully fenced back yard. I have a male Boston who thinks any and all animals that enter our home is he best friend. I also have 1 female kitty who is just under a year. She loves our Boston, Kip and enjoys playing and hiding from him when she needs her space.

About: Growing up with dogs, cats, horses and even goats - I’m no stranger to pet care and all that it entails. As a nurse, I have a rotating schedule that allows me to have frequent weekdays off so I can help you with your pets! Additionally, it means I have no qualms about veterinary care such as medications or special precautions for any pups who need it. I have my own Alaskan Husky, Dash, so I’m no stranger to puppy training, either. I’m happy to do whatever I can to make sure your doggo has the best day. My work schedule varies week to week, but I always have 4 days a week off to help out with your pup. On those days, my days are pretty free to accommodate your dog’s care needs! Refer to my Rover calendar for availability. I have a fenced yard as well as a very sweet young pup named Dash who can play with your dog if you would like! I live right near a great trail system for dog walks, but I also love to go for hikes if that’s what your dog needs, and I have a comfy couch for those who rather snuggle up with me while I read.

About: I’ve spent my life around animals, including time as a dog mushing handler, so I know how to manage high-energy breeds and diverse personalities. Now, I’m passing those skills down to my 11-year-old daughter, teaching her about pet care. When your dog is with us, they get all the attention they need plus the extra play and affection of my helpful daughter. My one-year-old baby girl also joins the fun sometimes. Making our family a perfect fit for dogs who like kids and belly rubs. We offer a structured, supervised, and incredibly loving environment where your pet is treated like one of our own! for peace of mind, I always confirm with owners if it is okay to bring my kiddos along. I am still okay with walking and dropping in on pets if my kids have to stay home. We can discuss all particulars one on one. I also encourage doing meet and greats to make sure its a good fit for us all. For dog walking, I’m available Sunday and Wednesday mornings until 11am, and all day on Thursdays and Fridays. Drop‑ins are currently available on Thursdays and Fridays. If you need a different time within these days, just message me — I can manually enter custom times and often accommodate outside my listed hours With my background as a former dog mushing handler, safety and structure are my second nature. During check-ins and walks, I use my experience to keep every outing controlled and fun. My 11-year-old daughter assists me as she learns the ropes of pet responsibility, and my one-year-old often joins us in her stroller. Because my girls are a big part of this journey, we only care for dogs who are comfortable and friendly around children and babies. We treat every pet with the same care we give our own family—focusing on fresh water, consistent routines, and lots of positive reinforcement. You can trust that your home will be respected and your dog will return from their walk happy, tired, and well-loved!

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and currently have two corgis of my own, Chimi and Churro, so caring for pups is just part of my everyday life. Im currently working at a dental office Monday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm. So I’m available most weekdays if you need a quick walk or drop-ins, if not I'm available Friday-Sunday with whatever pet needs you may have! In your home, I’m respectful, clean, and treat your space like my own. I make sure pets feel calm and comfortable by keeping their environment familiar and stress-free. I’m happy to send regular updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing. On walks, dogs are always leashed and closely supervised. I carefully follow feeding schedules, routines, and any special instructions to keep things consistent and stress-free.

About: I have two dogs of my own that I’ve raised since they were puppies, so I understand the full range of care from early training to senior needs. My oldest dog is 11 and my youngest is 8. This gives me experience with all ranges of dog care from puppy routines, basic training, and providing extra patience and comfort for aging dogs. I treat every pet like my own and focus on creating a safe, calm, and consistent environment so they feel comfortable while you’re away. As a teacher on summer vacation, I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to pet care. This allows me to be available for consistent visits, walks, and extra attention to meet each pet’s individual needs. I care for pets by following their usual routines as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and secure. In both my home and a client’s home, I make sure pets are fed on schedule, get plenty of exercise, and receive lots of attention and affection.

About: I enjoy keeping cats and dogs well and at ease while their owners are away. I’ve had many cats and a couple of dogs. I know leash commands and I like walking. I’ll keep you updated about your pets. Other than an 8-day trip in mid July, I’m available for pet care. About: I loved working on ranches and dog sitting throughout my highschool and college time. I have always enjoyed getting out with the animals to make sure they are feeling energized! I have a fairly flexible schedule at this time. I would be able to let the dogs out or take them on a walk early afternoon. I’m able to take the dogs out on walks fairly often if I am living near. I also would be able to crate the puppy easily and take them on walks throughout the day.
